Then she found David Emmons on FB and he came over right away and diagnosed the problem which was nothing like what she was originally told. Very unprofessional. Was scheduled to come out and no call no show after I stayed home and waited all day. The next day he sent an invoice to wrong email address. Because of his wrong doing, he rescheduled a few times. We had someone else come out and this owner of the company harassed me and posted fake reviews to my business. Terrible customer service and terrible owners overall. Also, they charge a premium price for terrible service! This whole thing was very unethical and an awful malicious act. He also posts fake reviews giving 5 stars on his business so don’t believe those reviews on here either!

Came out quickly. Worked diligently to correctly diagnose and fix our issue. This was after a previous HVAC company did not completely diagnose the problem and recommended a full system replacement.

David came out today to service our unit. He came out and discovered that our fan had been running non stop because the modular was bad. He got the parts needed the same day and made all repairs. He also cleaned dust and mold from the unit for us. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. We will call him for all of our AC needs.
