Extremely happy with the service provided by Emmons Air. We had a few hiccups, no fault on their part, just have an older home that caused problems along the way and they handled each one with flawless execution and went above and beyond. We priced out a few companies and Emmons was the best price and beyond great customer service. They were honest from the start about what to expect. Highly recommend.

David the owner has been out to my house several times to help diagnose and fix issues with my AC. He’s always easily accessible which is important, and even better he’s honest and knowledgeable. We also have him do annual maintenance for us. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with keeping my house Cool.

Honest, reliable and professional! The big name outfits were sure a new unit was required. With thousands of dollars on the line I gave a local guy a call and I'm sure glad I did.

Within 5 minutes he determined what wasn't the problem and in another 10 determined what was. Having the parts on the truck he was on his way within a half an hour, we're nice and cool and saved thousands!

Extremely responsive, thorough, personable, and does great work. Came out next day to fix an issue another company made and discussed options for problem solving. He came back out later the next week for more diagnosis and was expedient in the work in fixing the problem.

Overall, fantastic experience and will not be using the prior company. Other companies went straight to replacing compressors or entire units at almost a 2x cost for what Emmons quoted, and thanks to Emmons air we found neither actually needed to be replaced. Would much rather support an honest and fair small local business than one of these larger companies who are just trying to hit sales quotas.

When our a/c went out over the summer, David was very prompt when coming to the rescue. He installed a new unit, duct work and shrouding. It looks great! DEFINITELY will recommend David to anyone that needs work done!

Their technician quickly told me that my blower motor was out and that it would take 3-4 hours to replace. He then went to his truck and came back saying they had only one unit left in stock—and if I didn’t act fast, I’d have to wait weeks for a replacement. The price? $1,100. As a first-time homeowner, I felt like I had no choice.

Luckily, I ran into my neighbor as I was heading out, and she highly recommended David at Emmons Air. Had an issue in a Sunday with biggest cold front of the year heading our way. David answered on second ring and offered to come right over. Scheduled for Monday morning. On time arrival. Diagnosed issue and discussed options. Zero hard sell. Complete professional. We have had a system with duct tape hanging down from the ceiling in the garage for years.
