Ryan and Ashley are absolutely the BEST!!! The job that this team did was quite incredible. There was a significant challenge in getting our floor clean, but they used their vast experience, and can do attitude to make our floor look as good as new (probably better). We would recommend Extreme to anyone and everyone who needs this service..

Our dog made a mess in one of our bedrooms. Even though I was a new customer, Extreme Steam Cleaning came out the same day. They spent a lot of time working on the stains and were able to remove them despite the fact that they had been sitting for several days. They even educated me on how to care for future stains and provided me with their own cleaning solution at no additional charge. I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the owners. They also protected the surfaces of my home and even put guards up along the walls so that their equipment wouldn't damage anything. I would highly recommend them.

We have a nervous rescue dog who made a mess of our brand new carpet -- thought our only solution was just to replace it all. Scheduled an appointment online (which was a breeze) with Extreme and Dominic G came on the scheduled time -- the communication leading up to the appointment was excellent. He was able to lift stains that I thought were never going to come out leaving my carpet fresh, clean and smelling great! I only wish I took a before an after! I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again!

Communication was great. Technician texted enroute so I would know to expect his arrival. He was Very thorough in the cleaning of the two recliners. We requested a fabric protector be applied and he gave us the additional cost and let us wait until he was finished cleaning to make a decision. Will definitely use them again.

Service was absolutely excellent from the initial phone call with Ryan who explained their cleaning process in detail to scheduling and texts follow up, to the actual cleaning. Dominic, the technician was friendly, neat, respectful to our house and did a fantastic job.

They were prompt and cleaned our carpets and rugs as if they were their own. They even left solution for us to spot clean in between cleanings. I highly recommend and will be using them for all our upholstery and carpet cleaning needs!

These guys have great customer service and great advertising. I wanting to use their services so bad until I realized they were in Florida and I'm in GA!! I have pet stain issues and they totally understand any situation you may be experiencing with your floors. The website was easy to maneuver and is very informative.

From the beginning of setting my appointment on line, till Dominic showed up, the communication has been remarkable. ( hard to find these days)
They cleaned our carpet in the family room and a rug. They both look REALLY good considering the age of our carpet. Dominic is a great asset to the company. Zach was absolutely phenomenal! He sure went 'the extra mile' with his window and screen cleaning technique! I can't praise him more highly!
My screens were filthy .. hadn't been washed well in years and now with everything being finished, I have to look to make sure the screens are back in as both the windows and screens are SO clean!
Not only is he super efficient he genuinely cares that he does a good job. Rare with today's workers.
To top it off, I had 19 windows and he was unbelievably reasonable with the price. Too bad I can't give him TEN stars!
