Reviews of local pros in Palmetto, Florida

We have used 11XThe Cleaning Service several times and they never disappoint. They just cleaned our roof, driveway, sidewalk and part of our house and now our house is the shining star of our neighborhood. I must add that Tony and Christina are great, very careful with making sure that our plants were safe. Wonderful company and we highly recommend them and yes we will be using them again.

Top Notch, perfect!
We agreed on the price quite quickly. Not the cheapest on the market, not the most expensive either. I believe they have the good price!
Especially that the quality of the work is amazing. It's better than we hoped.
We asked to have everything cleaned: Lanai, screen, house, driveway, sidewalk...
They arrived on time, we walked together when their arrive around the house to show everything, and at the end he showed me everything they did.
More importantly: My wife is more than happy of the work.
So happy Wife, Happy life!

I am very satisfied with 11X cleaning services. I called them and had a quote for pressure washing my lanai, driveway and walkway by the end of the day. The price was reasonable and they are very responsive. They got me on the schedule in a couple days and showed up on time. They did a great job and I highly recommend.

I needed Tony to help me get my house ready to be listed for sale. He made the roof look brand new in the house look incredible. Great service, great attitude he was fast and very reasonably priced. Great company! He is a pleasure to be around.

Had Tony for the 3rd time this year help us. He is so good at what he does. Highly recommended for the 3rd time.

Cleaned our roof and house. Arrived on time, good communication beforehand and did a very good job for a very competitive price.

11x cleaned my driveway, sidewalks, street gutters, it looks fantastic. Tony was a pleasure to work with. The best pressure washing service I've had in my 22 years in FL & I'm pretty fussy. 2025 update. Still the best!

Tony is a true professional. He was recommended to me by a friend to soft wash the roof of my two story home. He did an outstanding job and when a small section didn’t look quite right on the upper roof, he returned and gave that area another going over without any fuss. It was a pleasure doing business with Tony, he and his staff are polite, well spoken and care about doing a great job. I will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends

Professional, fast and reliable! What excellent pressure washing service from the 11 X cleaning team. They arrived ahead of schedule and were extremely considerate of the property throughout the entire project. The house is shining now that the hurricane grime is washed away. Thanks for the excellent work!

I will definitely have this company back! They first power washed and cleaned my cage and lanai floor. They did such an excellent job there that I had them back to power wash and seal my pavers on my driveway and front walkway. Great Communication, fair price, and great results!

Above and beyond expectations! First of all, the response, estimate and follow up were so easy to negotiate. Tony is ultra-responsive to messages and calls, which is definitely appreciated. We consulted on what would have seemed to be a tricky issue with our gutter cleaning. Tony made a visit to the site that same day, assessed the situation and determined he could work around the issue . . . which he did! More than pleased with the completion of the work, cleanup, attention to detail and fantastic customer service which Tony & Christina deliver. All that plus such personable people make for a worry-free experience. No need to hesitate here - give them a call today!

Great job and great price - took care of our birdcage, our side AND our neighbor's side of fencing, house exterior, driveway - all in one day and did a great job. Looks great now - this is our 2nd time hiring 11X and we'll be back again. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this company for any of your pressure washing needs. My gutters were clogged with debris. They arrived the next day and did a fantastic job.

Tony did an excellent job cleaning our tile roof and pavers on our driveway cleaned and sealed looks better than new!

Contacted 11 X The Cleaning Services, LLC for a pressure washing job needed for our company sign board. I got a reply quickly with a quote on what the job would cost and was able to schedule for the next morning. Tony did a great job and even did another job that was needed on the same day. We are very satisfied with his work and will definitely keep him as our pressure washing company in the future!!

Here's pictures of before and after. Much better. Of course the signs need replaced due to age and the paint is chipping, but the concrete is so much better.

Power washing walkway. Anthony is the person that I spoke to was very knowledgeable in a process of power washing walkways, and different spots that can accumulate and what can be removed and what cannot.
Quality at work was excellent price was reasonable.

Thank you, Antony!

Tony did a great job. As you can see they were bad.

This is the second time we have used 11x. The first time our house looked brand new. The roof and exterior was washed. Today we had our lanai pavers cleaned and sealed. Both times they have been great communicators, showed up on the day they said and stayed many hours until the job was done! I would highly recommend them and will use them again. My neighbors even commented on how good the house looked and also used them! I didn’t realize our roof was in such need!

At the last minute I decided that this project was going to be too much for me to handle personally. Sometimes that's the best way. Tony was very responsive and did an outstanding job. He is a r
eally nice person and I will be doing business with him again in the near future. I highly recommend him and his company. What a pleasure. There are still true professionals and good business people in the world.Thank you.

Tony and helpmate did a beautiful restoration job of my driveway, walks and pool deck. I would recommend their services to those seeking a high quality brick paver cleaning and sealing job at fair pricing.

Tony responded immediately to my phone call & text. We made arrangements & he was able to come out that week. Also, some pressure washers don't do metal roofs. 11X Cleaning does. Job was done in a timely manner & looks great. I will certainly use him again.

Tony did a great job, our driveway and sidewalk looks brand new!!! Reliable fast service and reasonably priced, would definitely recommend
