Soooo disappointed in natural wonders!! Lost me and anyone i can tell about them...
I've been a loyal client for many years. Had Jim rebuild my pond, purchased 2 pumps from them, recently had them do a clean-out and maintenance...have literally spent $$thousands of dollars with them.
The last pump was purchased in january of 2014...it stopped working a week ago...oil leaks.
so- it is out of warranty by ~6months...
after spending several hundred dollars on the pump and install...they tell me "sorry out of warranty, nothing we can do"...i request to speak with Jim the owner and his son won't pass the phone to him...nor will he return my calls as i've left messages.
I think the right thing to do for a loyal client as myself would have been to make good on the pump, and take up the issue with their little giant supplier...don't you??
instead...they left me and my fish, and turtles in my pond hanging...they apparently are more concerned about their almighty dollar and not standing by the products that they sell.
Beware!!

What a great experience we had with this company. They walk you through the process of design and plant selection even doing a drawing right at the table with us. It’s a very talented group of professionals. The job was done on time and on budget. We had a great experience and will use them again for sure.

Natural Wonders has a way with turning backyards into mini paradises. The bubbling rock water feature sounds so therapeutic and nothing beats sitting around a fire pit with family on a cool night. They have the ability to take something that is ordinary and make it extraordinary. Thanks for creating spaces where our family has made beautiful memories.

I’m proud and grateful to have been fortunate to find Natural Wonders Landscaping.
Mr James Brunner transformed my bland, outdated and dying front yard into a contemporary, Japanese, somewhat Feng Shuei look and feel. He had to work around my OCD with symmetry and created a new landscape that is more than mere curb appeal. I prefer not to use my garage now just so I can walk through the area to enjoy the site.
Mr Brunner sits and LISTENS to the client’s desires and tries to implement as much of them to create a beautiful design. He watches ones face as it comes to life with various plant and lighting options; informs you of several options one might not think of, doesn’t pressure you into what he thinks is best, and gives the client(s) what they want with mild changes that in the end one sees his vision turns out best.
His keen eye to design, color and foliage is sharp and works to create not only a new landscape, but an exquisite design to illustrate and include the best parts of your home interior/exteriorly.
I highly recommend this company.
In fact, I’m going to use them again for my back yard!

As a retired small business owner, as well as a home owner that periodically utilized private contractors for home improvements,, I can attest to the professionalism, respect, and honesty of the team at Natural Wonders Landscaping. No broken promises, no false expectations, no vanishing acts. They do as they say, and they back up what they do. For my money, there are none better.

We are in awe of how wonderful our new landscaping looks. Jim B was wonderful to work with, listened to our every thought and produced a centerpiece landscaping design perfectly implemented.

Outstanding job solving a problem area in our front yard. The slope going to the second entrance was difficult to use during inclement weather. Jim and Bob at Natural Wonders Landscaping created a beautiful stone walkway with gradual stairs that blended into the surroundings which can only be described as a work of art. The natural beauty of the large pieces of stone carefully positioned have added value to the property and have afforded a safer environment. They also came in under budget and finished ahead of schedule. I absolutely recommend Natural Wonders Landscaping and give them a 5 star rating!

We have known Jim for years. His team is very professional and the work they do always exceeds expectations. Jim is extremely creative and does a great job. I love the bubble rocks!!! Keep up the great work.

We had Jim and his crew (including Daniel) re-landscape our entire front and side yards a few years ago. Excellent job and easy to work with. We have had them out 3 or 4 times since for other smaller jobs and just some "TLC" to spruce things up. Again, excellent work and understanding of our needs. They always have good suggestions regarding options for trouble areas (shady spots, heavy traffic, etc) and always use the best materials. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Jim designed our dream backyard that included not only great landscaping but also fantastic stone work on some outdoor columns and a tiled walkway from the backyard around the side of the house to the garage. His team was professional and got the job done in the estimated timeframe. Thanks!!

In a world full of unknowns, there is one thing that is known and that is the love and beauty of life and our family. Words themselves do an injustice to the beauty of this landscaping project that was created before us. My husband and I had a vision of what we wanted for our family, we waited and saved for years to create this vision and paradise we not just wanted but much needed. We searched for the person not just the budget but the person who could give this to us. We met with Jim (the owner of the company) the nicest, kindest man you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. We told him what our vision was....a place of serene, calm, and peaceful paradise for our family. He sat for hours with us learning us, learning our family and what we dreamed of for our home. It was an art that he saw through our eyes. He took the time to really understand what we wanted and needed and what was in our hearts. And when I tell you he not only listened but he heard us. This is more than we could have ever imagined or hoped for. It is our peace and our happiness. The gentleman that came daily were so professional and so amazing and in the end Jim said that it would be perfect.....and perfect it was. Jim came daily to check in and continued communication prior to the project and throughout the project. He walked us through the each step of the process all the while keeping our vision in mind. Our front yard is not only ordinary but it is simply extraordinary.

Jim and his team at Natural Wonders Landscaping are outstanding! They do my ongoing lawn care and are always timely, do great quality work and their prices are fair and reasonable. This week, I contracted with them to install French drains in a troubled, constantly wet part of my backyard. And, they also created and installed a serpentine walkway with fieldstone, decorative gravel, mulch and plants. The entire project totally exceeded my expectations and with 2 days two of my neighbors walked over to admire the work and ask for Jim’s contact info. I recommend them highly for any landscaping project and/or ongoing lawn maintenance.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Natural Wonders and Jim Brunner and team. We allowed him free rein of our backyard which provided a palette for him to create a beautiful koi pond, waterfall feature and garden. The results have been remarkable and far exceeded our expectations. He transformed a generic grassy yard into a resort worthy scape. We have been enjoying our Zen focused pond and garden in the weeks since.

Natural Wonders landscaped my backyard 10 years ago. Marc Martinez has now come back to re-landscape. The job is complete and looks absolutely fabulous! Marc is such a pleasure to work with. He has a great eye and creates a beautiful design. Marc will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is satisfied. Natural Wonders has been a fabulous company to work with. Sheila in the office is one of a kind as well. She is sharp as a tack and handles any needs promptly and efficiently. She has been helping me with all of my landscaping maintenance for the last ten years. Kudos to Natural Wonders!

Natural Wonders just completed my front yard renovation, and my home’s appearance went from “eh” to “yeah!” overnight. Jim was amazing in selecting the plants and lighting to match what we wanted, and his design layout was perfect! They even relocated some existing Palms to really make them really “pop.” The price was right, the service was excellent, and the job was completed on time, and even before our estimated start date. This was not a project I wanted to do, but I am glad I did it. With appreciation for a job very well done, I highly recommend Natural Wonders.
