This company was hired and later fired by my homeowner association is responsible for some damages to my property, and they refused to reimburse me for the physical damages when a projectile broke through my patio door during their mowing operations.

We are renovating our house exterior. We needed to have the sprinkler system completely redone, including new lines and pump, landscaping etc. Beau and Paul came out and surveyed the job. They were both professional and thorough. The estimate was competitive and detailed. Beau started the first phase with ease and accuracy. Our pergola is in process now. Once it is completed they will be back to do the final phase. I am extremely pleased with their services and HIGHLY recommend them. Once we are complete, I will post pictures of their fabulous work.

I had a major landscaping overhaul that needed to get done at my home in South Florida and a friend recommended NPS Inc to me. From start to finish my experience with their team was nothing short of flawless. The sales team I spoke with were thorough and responsive and truly took time to understand my vision. The onsite team did unbelievable work on my property and the final billing process was transparent and very fairly priced. I have now contracted NPS Inc for more long term care of my home and landscaping needs because I know that I am truly in the best hands with them!

This company got in front of my clean truck and filled it up with dirt when I went to chase bank flagler and 97th Avenue in Doral because I would not moved it when he asked me to. Nasty disrespectful and aggressive. I would not hire such a group of individuals so problematic I hope that my experience helps someone else make the right decision

The worst tree service I’ve every use don’t use them BEWARE SCAM!!!!!.

quick estimate, easy to schedule service. took down trees and bushes and stump grinding and great cleanup job.

My experience with this company is they are not even from Gainesville yet came here to hang out drunk on a empty building and shoot fireworks directly at our home then laugh when we begged them to stop!

They did not provide estimate or contact me back about job. I called and was told 24 to 48 hours for estimate , I called again and no response. I ended up contracting with another company and am happy I did. One star because they answered the phone twice and sent an estimator once.

Don't waste your time. Giving one star because I can't leave zero. I signed their proposal on June 18th and they told me they couldn't get to me for a month (July 9th), I said ok. The day before they were scheduled to work, they called me after 5pm and said they had scheduling issues that pushed my job another 3 days, I said ok. The day they were supposed to show up, they called me at 4pm to tell me they had weather issues, I said ok. When I asked if I was re-scheduled for the next day, Julian told me he'd call me in a week to figure out a new date, but no promises!! After some obvious questions, such as "if my job was rained out today, why am I not on the schedule for tomorrow?" , Julian actually told me they had bigger customers tomorrow to work for and that some of their other customers have been "bumped" for over 2 months now. Clearly they don't value their customers, even with signed proposals in place.

I recently had some trees trimmed and removed from my property from NTTI. The work was mediocre as there were stumps that were not ground up as agreed. The staff was friendly but for the price of removal and trimming I would have liked it better if all the work was completed. I will probably have to hire another company to come out and finish the job.

I recently had my trees trimmed and one removed by NTTI. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and outcome of the work done. From speaking to the helpful ladies in the office to dealing with the guys on site - I am extremely happy with the whole experience. I would highly recommend using this company, as the owners offer reasonable prices and nothing less than perfect customer service. I will be using this company for all of my tree trimming and removal needs!

I don't understand the bad reviews (2.8 rating), I called on Wednesday, 5/6/20 about four quotes for houses on my block, the quotes were completed the same day. On Thursday, 5/7/20 at 2pm NTTI crews showed up and trimmed trees at all four houses, in the mean time two more owners requested their trees to be trimmed and they were immediately scheduled for next week. The trees were trimmed in a professional manner and look great, the clean up of all properties that consisted of raking and blowing was better than I expected. The crew members I spoke to were very courteous and respectful to all four home owners. All of us are very satisfied with the work that was completed. Thank you NTTI for a job well done!!!!!!!!
