Fantastic experience using this company. Great job as the roof looks like new now. Comes with a warranty promise and should last a good while. Cleaned up after he was done so except for a clean roof you never now they were there.

Following the recommendations of two neighbors, I had BKB clean the roof and gutters of my house. Brian did a really good job and was particlarly careful in not damaging any of the landscaping around the house. I would strongly recommend BKB.

I asked Brian to clean our gutters, driveway and sidewalk. Driveway and sidewalk look great, and the gutters look like brand new. I used to rent a trailer and power washer to do the work on my own, but I have to fire myself now that I know what a pro can do. See you next fall Brian!

I am housesitting for a friend and she lives in a nicer gated community. The association sent out a letter to the neighborhood making it clear that all homeowners would be fined if the roofs were not cleaned within 30 days. Dealing with BKB cleaning company was the most simple and seamless process I could have imagined. To be honest I never even had a phone call directly with anyone it was scheduled via email, the deposit put down, half of it before and half once the job is finished, and they even sent me before and after photos. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed a similar job done without hesitation. Very professional and knowledgeable, Brian even recommended that he didn’t pressure clean and used to brush instead due to the somewhat fragile barrel tiled roof.

Brian cleaned my roof, house and driveway...

Really nice, but hard working...a bit of a perfectionist which you don't see these days. The job took at least 2 hours longer than he thought it would, but he kept working until almost 7PM to get it done. I had some concerns over a few spots that had a rusty look to them and Brian scheduled a return vist a week later to check on it (the rusty color went away as he said it would!)

BKB Cleaning Company provided excellent service! Very responsive, price was awesome, and very professional. I had my driveway and sidewalk power washed and it looked like brand new fresh concrete!!! I would definitely use their services again.

This company is fantastic from start to finish. I will be a customer for life. Brian is just awesome to deal with. He is very personable and listens to what you want done. I just had my roof and walls cleaned which really needed a delicate touch and not the traditional strong use of a power washer. I had it chemically cleaned and it looks brand new! He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to doing what is best for the job. If you truly value your property and don't want any issues, I would stick with BKB Cleaning Company.

I just had my daughter's house pressure cleaned as a surprise for her. It came out gorgeous. Brian did an excellent job and did not miss a single spot. The walkways that were almost all black are now cement color an unrecognizable. The house looks like it was just freshly painted. Bryan exceeded all my expectations, and i'm so glad I had this done.
