Just had the roof cleaned a couple of days ago. As of today they did a great job at cleaning the roof. They were also very good at making sure all the bushes, building and patio was hosed down while the roof was being cleaned. As far as I can see up on the roof there seems to be no broken tiles. They did a great job and a fair price.

Quick application and ultra effective. They cleaned my entire roof in less than 2 hours, something that took our previous spray washer most of the day. Less time on the roof, less chances for broken roof tiles. After work completion our roof looked like a new roof. Roof has never looked cleaner.

They did an outstanding job on my roof, my pool patio (travertine) and my driveway. I thought they would look better after they completed the task but I was so happy with how awesome everything looked. Ot was so much better than I ever expected. I regretted waiting so long to use their service. I would do it again in a heart beat.

This roof cleaning company claims that their procedure of cleaning is harmless and doesn’t damage property but the very strong (smells like chlorine) substance they used to clean my roof burned all my plants and bushes that were in the area. I wish they at least covered all the bushes and plants in the area. While they did leave the roof very clean, the proper care and precautions were not made. If you care about your plants, be careful with this company.

Foambrite was extremely quick to schedule my cleaning after booking online. They showed up the very next day. Two gentlemen who were very professional and courteous. They did an amazing job in roughly one hour and I have a large roof. Roof came out perfect. I highly recommend them!

Have used Foambrite for years and they have always exceeded expectations. Non damaging chemicals are used that both preserve your tiles and we have never lost any plants. Roof always looks like new after cleaning and as our house is on the flight path for the local airport it has to be cleaned bi-yearly. This says a lot for the quality of their work. This is the second time I have used Foambrite to clean my roof and each time I amazed at how good it looks afterwards. It looks like a brand new roof. The guys who clean the roof are very thorough and conscientious about their work. They showed up on time and stayed throughout a rainstorm to make sure the job was done and done right. They clean up the property afterwards by hosing down the windows, doors and walls and during the process they hose down the plants. I am very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them.

The service was great bedsides a portion of my hedges was killed during the process. I didn’t bother contacting Jerry, I just replaced them myself. Other than that my roof looks great!

I wouldn't use another company for their services especially on older roofs. Roofs can be beaten up with just a traditional power washing method and cause leaks you didn't want at a high cost. I've had them on two older roofs with no issues.

I’ve used Foambrite before and the roof seems to stay clean longer. They came on time, did a good job cleaning my roof, and were careful not to damage my shrubs and plants. They weren’t the cheapest, but were less than some other quotes I got.
I will definitely call them the next time I need my roof done.

I have doing business with Foambrite for many years. I requested service on-line and was supposed to get a call to agree on date and time. I did not receive a call, I had to call Foambrite. Jerry answered and said he had not had a chance to call to schedule the jobs yet (but the job gets charged immediately to your card). I requested service on a Tuesday or Thursday first in the morning, he scheduled the appointment for 2/26/26 at 9:00 am. The day comes and it is past 10:00 am and no crew shows up. I have to call Foambrite again, no courtesy call from Jerry to explain why they moved my job to the afternoon without me knowing nor agreeing, my time means nothing to Foambrite. I decided to give another chance and rescheduled for the following Thursday, 3/5/26. I checked my bank card transaction and found that the $633.00 was charged since 2/23/26. For a third time I call Foambrite again and Jerry indicates that because I requested service on-line I got a 15% discount and the charge is processed immediately. I reminded him he had changed my time for service and had not called me to check if it worked for me the customer, he said he does what he can and he has no control on matters that just come up. Instead of trying to makeup for all the inconveniences to me the customer, he said he could not do anything to keep me as a customers, that he had over 15k happy customers. Then he offered a full refund in a few days. Not very business like.

This is the third time I have used Foambrite and the results are always great. The roof looks like brand new again. The guys spray water on the plants under the areas they are cleaning and also they spray plain water on the windows to protect them too. I highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced too.

Foambrite did a good job cleaning my roof. The issue is the grass along my roof line was damaged from the chemicals. I reached out to the owner, Jerry, several times. He promised to send someone to apply fertilizer to help the grass recover, but no one ever came. I followed up again a number of times and he said he would come personally, but he never showed up.

For anyone planning to use this company, be prepared for damage to plants and grass along the roof line if you do not have gutters. If you do have gutters, expect damage to any greenery where the gutters drain.
