They think they’re landscapers they put in the worst bushes they’re all hanging over they made holes everywhere. They left their trash in my yard. You can’t even get in touch with the owner. He doesn’t call back or even come to see the site that they did but it’s OK to charge over $12,000 and never come to see the site Totally disappointed they shouldn’t just put their advertisement in somebody’s mailbox that lives in a private country club and they can’t stick by their work if they don’t know how to be landscapers they shouldn’t do it. They’re trying to tell me that I wanted to date PALM and it was a Robolini. I know date pumps from Robolini and then charge me 600 for attorney Robolini this is BS And I’m not somebody who just wants to post bad stuff. They took total advantage of me and then the one guy who runs the Place try to make it up to me, but you can’t make up because the trees are all leaning all over the place. My other Landscaper said it all totally wrong Now. What do I do after I’m out all that money one thing for sure they got over on and now I feel like a freaking sucker which I am because I would never screw anybody over like they screwed me.

I hired this company to remove a tree from my back yard. They did a great job removing it but brought it all to the front of my house and left on my grass that we just spent $2,600 on that. When they were leaving I asked when it would be picked up and hauled away and was told the same day. 6pm rolled around and it was still on my grass so I called to find out when it would be taken. I was told the next day in the morning. I asked if someone could come right away and move it all off my grass to avoid it being destroyed but was told no it will be fine. I ended up having to spent time moving it all myself. And to top this all off the owner James called me and flipped out like I had done something wrong. It’s not my fault his guys told me it would be removed same day. And wasn’t and not my fault they left it on my grass. The own should learn something called customer service and do better in the future. Will never think about contacting this company again and beware if you go with them so something like this doesn’t happen to you too.

If I had left in the grass till when they came to get it the next day. It would be all yellow and not in the same shape it should be in. And I was told they would come at 7am but they came and didn’t take it and then had to come back hours later to remove.

Just pathetic when when you think about how they do business

I had a 70 foot Australian Pine that needed to go. Ricky and crew from Loyal Tree came in and kicked butt. Had the job completed in less than an hour, including stump grinding. Fast, clean and thorough. I’d use them again.

Brian was responsive and gave me a clear estimate of what the costs were. He did a great job and I would definitely use him again.

BKB did a GREAT job. Fair and reasonable pricing, showed up as promised and stayed until the job was done. I'd recommend them to anybody.

The guys were great. I am a part time resident of Boca Raton and conducted business remotely from Illinois with Brian and he was punctual and did a great job.

Very careless, ended up damaging my wooden deck with too much pressure.

Brian once again did a Great job cleaning our roof without pressure cleaning and causing damage to our 25 year old roof. It Looks Great our neighbor said recently.

Called and talked to Brian, explained I’m from out of town and my mother just passed and needed some work done. He said he would stop by towards the end of the day yesterday between 4-5. Never showed up never called. Tried reaching out to him again at 6:30 cause maybe he was running late, never answered and didn’t call back. Texted him today to see what was going on, never replied. I’m sure he does great work by the reviews, maybe he doesn’t need this job. Was going to have him pressure wash the house, patio, driveway, and the gutters, it’s sad cause he is only a couple blocks away in Parkland and all it takes is a phone call. Our roof was cleaned to perfection, with zero damaging pressure from unnecessary devices. We had regular pressure cleaning on our roof in the past, and it damaged and cracked some decorative tiles up there. This process was completely harmless to the tiles and had even better results than we’ve ever seen! Both of the technicians were professional, thorough, polite, and knowledgeable about their jobs. I’m thrilled with our roof now!

BKB Cleaning Company is really the best there is - WOOOOW, WOOOOW, WOOOOW!!!! - I had a top-notch experience with this company. I rate this company 1000% and above all around. Brian is a great communicator, he's genuine, organized, and neat while working. But, most importantly, he cares and takes pride of the work he does. He showed up with his partner on time the day of and power washed my entire house (roof, house, windows, driveway, deck, etc...) so well that when I came home from work later that day, I could not recognize my house of how good it looked.
