Called Real American Plumbing as I did not have any hot water from my water heater and I could not restart the pilot light to get it going. Dan showed up within the 90 minutes they promised on the phone. Discovered the issue as a loose connection on the ignitor, addressed it and got the hot water heater up and running. Also discovered that the ignitor assembly was identified as defective from the manufacturer (under Warranty) Ron ordered us a new part and I will have them back to install it when it arrives. Great job!!

Don was very professional and explained everything that needed to be addressed very well. Real Plumbing installed a waterless tank water heater that required some adaptations since I share roof. An outside wall was needed so they quickly surmise going through the roof was a great option for venting The tank is installed beautifully and I am very happy with the company and workmanship, now I will save money on my water bill. Also they installed two new toilets with precision, what a pleasure to have a toilet that flushes easily, is a good height and looks great!! I would highly recommend Real American Plumbing. I just had Real American Plumbing here to install 3 faucets and they did a fabulous job! Polite, professional and friendly. They are privately owned and it makes a difference with the pride I see in their work. Highly recommend this company!

Great Service installing the drainage and plumbing for my new stand alone tub. Meticulous workmanship and great communication throughout the process. Also had them install new outdoor faucets. Everything worked out great. I will definitely use their services again.

Top notch crew. They saw they were running late and called to inform me. Wasn’t too late at all. They replaced the hot water tank and did some work in the master bath. Had it all done within an hour and a half. Very clean and workers were great! Thank you Great American Plumbing for a great job.
