I made a good decision hiring Johnson Family Plumbing to replace four spigots on the outside of my home that were 45 years old. They walk the talk with economic pricing. They are efficient technicians and in an hour and a half I had four brand new spigots with no more water leakage issues.
Our plumber was young, knowledgeable and informative. High Five for the Johnson Family. Thank you!

David is a very polite and well educated in his business. I appreciated all the work that he did.

Had an emergency and was going down the list of 24hr plumbers.
No answers or leave message. Message given and nobody called back.

Finally got to Johnson Family plumbing
A real person answered the phone. She was super nice and listened then gave me options with estimates so I knew what we might be looking at.
Scheduled appointment 7am the next morning and her husband was here at 7am.
This never happens here.

Husband was super nice.
My situation seemed simple but ended up being a bigger job but he fixed every issue and explained every step along the way.

Quality and customer being satisfied were important to them. Found out they are from up north which makes sense. His dad owes a plumbing company up north which is where he got his work ethic.

I called Johnson Family Plumbing, they came out later that day to assess and returned this morning to pump out “ enough water to fill a swimming pool” I couldn’t be happier with Michael Johnson and his quality work as well as his wife Katherine for scheduling the appointments so quickly!
