Johnson Family plumbing was super responsive and helped repair my garbage disposal without issue. I also asked about other issues that may need plumber and they gave me their views on what may need to be done. Will definitely use them again!
Quick update - used them again for changing a shower spigot and I had an unrelated issue and they helped with that as well. Very thorough!

10/17/25…OMG! I’m so glad we called Johnson Family. I wanted to replace my garbage disposal in my Airbnb, so I called 3 plumbers late yesterday, but Katherine from Johnson family was the only one who called me the same night. She was friendly, courteous, and gave me a fair orice over the phone So I hired them right away. David showed up today. He was friendly and accommodating. He finished three things I asked for at the price they quoted me with no surprises. If you’ve ever had any plumping done, you can appreciate a fair, honest, courteous, and capable company. Cheers.

Johnson Family Plumbing & Drain LLC were exceptional. Punctual, professional and patient. Michael & David took the time to answer all questions in a way that was understandable to me. I highly recommend this company for any and all of your plumbing needs.

We found them through a Facebook group in our area. Called and got a quote on the phone. Michael showed up the next day and did a great job plus replaced two shut offs that weren’t originally discussed for the original quoted price. They were $650 cheaper than the original quote I got from another company. Looks and works great. Will definitely be the go to from now on.

Crimes against seniors. This company did a repipe for me charged me $9,565.00 this is the total price from beginning to end as quoted; l have documentation; then they charged me $1,184 to attach 3 sinks to the new pipe work to make sure they drained so to pass County code inspection. I wont go into details but it doesn't take 7 hours to hook up, especially since the countertop people put in the sinks stabilizing them. This price was not included in their start to finish repipe quote. Filed a POLICE REPORT. experienced several lies from the plumber, regarding removing my Hardware without my permission and charging me for new hardware because he can't find the hardware he removed from my house without permission. Told me my water softener was leaking it was not. He did all this to run up the bill another $1,184. The total price from beginning to end that was quoted was $9,565.00.
I have been very ill, they took advantage of me. Mrs Johnson I have documentation that will prove you wrong and if you continue to state that I don't pay my bills you need to check your bank account and I can sue you for slander. Check with your attorney and I advise you to get one because we're going to court.

Needed a water heater install for insurance purposes. Johnson Family was first to get back and one of the BEST quotes in the area. Communication is TOP NOTCH! Texted back quick and serviced within a few days. A breeze to work with. Will be reaching out for all our plumbing needs now! 😊

I've used Johnson Family Plumbing twice now. I just had a backflow that failed inspection. The inspecting company gave me a quote and said it could take up to 4 weeks to repair. I called JFP this morning and they were here this afternoon and fixed it. They also were less expensive than the inspecting company.

I contacted this company to find and repair a water leak. Michael was scheduled for the next day. He showed up right on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in record time at a fair and reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and a real pleasure to work with. Not only is Mike super responsive, he takes the time to fully explain what is required as well as any options that may be available in terms of how to proceed. His pricing was not only the most competitive, Mike was up front with a few additional expense that arose throughout the project. To top it off, he and his team are very friendly and trustworthy. What a wonderful company from the lady that answers the phone, to the owner and the workers! Everyone was so polite and respectful, and on time. I received a referral to Michael (Mike) from someone who works for my HOA. I called Mike thinking he was a contractor and he answered my call. He listened to my issue and where I live. Mike arrived on time, gave me his card, and looked everything over. He consulted with me and was courteous, calm and positive. He chiseled away the concrete, went to work on the rotten pipe, and when Mike finished the repair was beautiful. The plumbing job was checked and double checked. Perfect. Michael installed several TOTO Neorest smart toilets for us. These can be challenging, but he handled them with ease. The results look great and work flawlessly. David also installed an RO unit under our sink, and his attention to detail in arranging it to stay clean and accessible really stood out. Pricing was clear and fair, and you can have full confidence in their work.
