We are so thankful that we found Mark and Maria of Ricco's Reliable Plumbing. They were outstanding in every aspect. They kept us informed every step of the way in the process. They got the permit to change our hot water heater, removed and dumped the old one and put in the new one. Their work was impeccable and they left the area where they worked immaculate. Every question along the way was answered promptly. The price was more than fair. They also told us about a rebate that we didn't even know about. We definitely have a new family plumber.

Communication was very good and they answer their phones (thank you Angela). Scheduling was easy and prompt . Pricing was fair. Installer Matt was very professional, neat and knowledgeable. Had issue with reinstalling garbage disposal after a countertop install. Called Parrish Plumbing. Immediately met with a great young lady on the phone who scheduled a plumber out to house the same day. They corrected the issue in a smooth and short time . Would recommend for all my plumbing needs .

Called over the weekend and left a message and they called back early Monday morning. Booked for the day, but said they would work me in and they did!! I was really impressed with the sincerity of their business ethics and customer service, Nick was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Nick and Dan came today to fixed my kitchen faucet, guest bathroom faucet and checked out my Fridge water dispenser and recommended what might be the problem for an appliance repair.

Fixed a dripping backflow preventer by cleaning out some detritus holding the valve open. Saved $150 over the price with the backflow inspection company. Previously, Parrish Plumbing installed my water softener and filter. With so much construction in our area I hope they can keep the same level of service if they expand. Recommended.

Zack came in and was very efficient, friendly and answered all of our questions. Will ask for him next time we need a plumber. And of course, will call Parrish Plumbing again! We highly recommend!

I called Parrish Plumbing for a new water heater. I first called a different company that quoted me twice as much as Parrish Plumbing quoted me. The main reasons I chose Parrish Plumbing was because it was a local and family owned business. After speaking the woman, and I apologize, I can’t remember her name, on the phone I knew this was the right choice. She was extremely friendly and professional, knew the right questions to ask and got me an appointment the next day. When the technician, Nick, showed up he was just as professional as she was. He introduced himself immediately and went to work. He was very efficient and really went above and beyond with the clean up. I will only use Parrish Plumbing for my plumbing needs going forward.
