Michael was prompt and quickly assessed some issues that ended up saving us a huge headache later on. The work was flawless and done in a timely manner. I appreciate his honesty and hard work to make sure we had hot water.

He came, he saw, he conquered. Great communication and willingness to gonabove and beyond. He installed my fire supression valve which wasn't a typical job that no one else would take.

Once again I called on Johnson Family Plumbing for a problem which had to be timely fixed after an inspection on my home for my homeowners policy. The job was done quickly and again I would highly recommend.

Great experience with this company. I called on Tuesday night and requested service for the next morning. The very friendly person who answered the phone had Matthew at my house at 7am the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I’ll definitely use them again!

Matt had arrived at 7:00 a.m. as I was told the night before. I was kept informed when Matt had left and when he was arriving the morning of. They are very punctual pleasant for that early in the morning. Also very reasonable with their prices. Matt did no guess work he knew exactly what he was doing and going after to solve the problem.
I will definitely be calling them the next time I have a plumbing issue. 👍

I had a kitchen remodel that needed plumbing reinstalled to my sink, disposal, and dishwasher. I also had a master vanity that needed rep-plumbed due to a different sized vanity replacement.

Mike was on time, did great work, and had excellent communication during the visit. I would certainly recommend him for anyone needing work done as well as use him again for any future needs.

I needed a plumber and asked the local fb group for recommendations. I called the top three for estimates as it was a simple repair, at least for a plumber lol. I spoke to Katherine who could not have been nicer or more helpful. Their estimate was the lowest so I went with them. Michael did the repair I needed and was punctual and clean. He was just as nice as his wife. I highly recommend this family business as opposed to being just a number with the large companies. I'm sure you will agree!

Had a large job that needed to be done, and this company was prompt & quickly found the leaks/issues and fixed them in a timely manner and explained and showed me exactly what/ why my plumbing had been working insufficiently and tracked down a leak that other plumbers couldnt apparently find.. Mike came on Sunday and fixed a leak in my back flow under ground. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I will always be using this company from now on.

Michael was very helpful, I had a fridge installed into a new home from homedepot and was told that my waterline couldn't be installed due to wrong connection and needed a plumber to do it. I called Johnson family Plumbing and michael was quick to connect my waterline and no parts had to be changed, the people who came and installed my refrigerator obviously dont do their job to their expectations. I highly recommend Johnson Family Plumbing.

I made a good decision hiring Johnson Family Plumbing to replace four spigots on the outside of my home that were 45 years old. They walk the talk with economic pricing. They are efficient technicians and in an hour and a half I had four brand new spigots with no more water leakage issues.

Finally got to Johnson Family plumbing
A real person answered the phone. She was super nice and listened then gave me options with estimates so I knew what we might be looking at.
Scheduled appointment 7am the next morning and her husband was here at 7am.
This never happens here.

Husband was super nice.
My situation seemed simple but ended up being a bigger job but he fixed every issue and explained every step along the way.

Quality and customer being satisfied were important to them. Found out they are from up north which makes sense. His dad owes a plumbing company up north which is where he got his work ethic.
