I contacted this company to find and repair a water leak. Michael was scheduled for the next day. He showed up right on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in record time at a fair and reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and a real pleasure to work with. I have already recommended Johnson Family Plumbing & Drain Cleaning to my neighbor. I definitely will be using them for all of my future plumbing problems!

Not only is Mike super responsive, he takes the time to fully explain what is required as well as any options that may be available in terms of how to proceed. His pricing was not only the most competitive, Mike was up front with a few additional expense that arose throughout the project. To top it off, he and his team are very friendly and trustworthy. I have recommended them to many of my neighbors and am happy to do so here!

What a wonderful company from the lady that answers the phone, to the owner and the workers! Everyone was so polite and respectful, and on time. Both Michael and Katherine were responsive and easy to communicate with. Michael came out as scheduled to replace our old water heater. He also did a great job keeping me updated while I wasn’t home.

I received a referral to Michael (Mike) from someone who works for my HOA. I called Mike thinking he was a contractor and he answered my call. He listened to my issue and where I live. Mike was able to provide a spot-on quote over the phone.He told me the business name so I could research. Great ratings!

Mike arrived on time, gave me his card, and looked everything over. He consulted with me and was courteous, calm and positive. He chiseled away the concrete, went to work on the rotten pipe, and when Mike finished the repair was beautiful. The plumbing job was checked and double checked. Perfect. And the invoice was right in line with the quote. A reliable, honest plumbing company. Highly recommend.

Michael installed several TOTO Neorest smart toilets for us. These can be challenging, but he handled them with ease. The results look great and work flawlessly. David also installed an RO unit under our sink, and his attention to detail in arranging it to stay clean and accessible really stood out. Pricing was clear and fair, and you can have full confidence in their work.

we just had our hot water heater fail. fortunately, one call to Joe Ferguson was all it took to get his team here and have it replaced the same day. Chris was able to wet-vac the floor and install a new hot water heater in a few hours. 5 stars!

This company is amazing . Our pipe burst at 3 am the day we were leaving for vacation. I called at 6:30 am , within seconds someone texted me . We had a plumber out by 9:30. Absolutely amazing customer service and would definitely recommend! Thank you Ferguson Plumbing !

Joe Ferguson arrived on time. He installed a new Delta sink faucet which was a bit tricky due to older plumbing. He then installed a garbage disposal air switch kit so now I have a button right next to the faucet instead of an awkward disposal switch several feet away. Great job and great price. Will definitely be calling Ferguson Plumbing Design again.

Joe is very professional and friendly. He came out on the day I called to fix what I thought was a serious leak in my ceiling. He very quickly found and repaired the leak. I highly recommend Ferguson Plumbing and will not hesitate to call him in the future.

Ferguson Plumbing is the best. A few weeks ago, I called Joe in a panic when I had a massive leak in the ceiling. He was able to move things around and send someone that day.

Chris came to the rescue! He was professional, fixed the problem right away, and gave recommendations on who to call for further help.
