My roof needed cleaning, so I did a quick search online and found the reviews you see here. Decided to ask for a quote and withing seconds - not minutes - received a call from Mike. Gave me a reasonable estimate and I scheduled the service for two days later. Did an impeccable job, well documented with pics and with the convenience of not even needing to be physically present. Mike identified several broken tiles and upon my request, immediately gave me an estimate to fix them.. to which I agreed. A few hours later got pictures of every tile he fixed and the overall cleaning job. I'm all set for the next couple of years. THANKS AGAIN MIKE FOR THE HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE!

Beware, they will burn every plant you own within reach of the chemicals they use. They will NOT care that you are upset with the lack of protection to your property. Irresponsible & negligent and will not provide any feedback to your concerns or complaints. Reporting to the BBB and Fl Lic Dept . Don't be fooled

Voda restoration services was outstanding. Sandra Garcia and the crew are the best. Forget the rest. I called when I had a severe leak ,coming from the Apt above me. In lest then an hour they came out. They not only got water up, but used instruments to constantly check walls and baseboards. They attend to you place ,as if it was theirs. They kept dehumidifiers going ,until walls and baseboards dected no water. Therefore preventing mold from settling in Apt. The take multiple photos ,to prove to ins co proper evidence of damaged. I would give them 10 stars,if I could. Every business needs to act the way they do. Just amazing. Voda is who you need to call. The best. Forget the rest.

You should definitely give these guys a call! They are knowledgeable, super helpful, and very professional. You can expect great service from Voda Cleaning and Restoration of Fort Lauderdale. They are detail-oriented and really keen on doing the best job!

We had a major water break at our home. The workers from VODA were efficient and effective in cleaning all the mess that was created by the water. Everything was cleaned up and dried like it never happened. I could not be happier with the results and service provided. John was very courteous and professional in helping us resolve this issue quickly.

I love my 100 lb golden retriever and 2 elderly cats; however the smell was overwhelming. Our air was out and it was permeating through my house. Voda sent over a true gentleman, Oz. He explained what they were doing and eased my fears of chemicals and harming my babies. When I returned the house smelled fresh and clean. I would certainly recommend Oz and Voda!

I've lived in my house for 40 years and have dealt with carpet cleaners. Voda is by far the BEST! I spoke to John in the morning and that afternoon Angel came to give me an estimate. I was shocked at how reasonable it was. A few days later he came and pretreated stains, (I have 2 cats)cleaned the carpet and gave it a finishing protective spray. The rug has never looked better! I have recommended them to a few people so far, and one of my neighbors is calling them for tile and grout cleaning. Thank you Angel for expertise and professionalism.
