Higgs Painting & Pressure Cleaning, LLC, just completed the painting our house. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results!! It was a pleasure to work with Shawn. Upon our initial consultation we knew it would be a pleasant experience. Shawn was very professional, explained the process and provided all the documentation required by our HOA. After our initial consult It took us several months to decide on the color. Within a week of confirming with Shawn they started the work. They power washed our roof, patio and the entire driveway. The following two days they painted the entire house. What a transformation! The crew was very professional and when they were done there were a few minor touch up that needed to be done which they happily took care of. When the paint job was completed, Shawn and
ourselves did a visual inspection of the paint job. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Shawn and his team.

The Higgs crew did amazing work. They were clean, courteous and quick. They did a ton of little “extras” as just part of their service that we really appreciated. Sean made sure to walk the entire property with me to make sure I was satisfied. The paint was applied evenly and cleanly. The one area that was affected by overspray (due to high winds, not them) they cleaned right away. I definitely would recommend them and use them again when needed. A great company that truly understands customer service.

Contacted Higgs Painting and Pressure Cleaning for an estimate, one of five I had done, on 3200 sq ft exterior home repaint. Of the five estimates they were not the cheapest but were considerably lower than some given. What sold me on Shawn and his firm was his timely estimate, he was honest and forthright during negotiations and very fairly priced, easy to speak with and the thoroughness of his discussion with me on our walk around. Being a self-owned and operated business, I clearly saw the difference in how he and his employees approached this job.
Once contracted, he worked quickly on getting me scheduled and the job started. His crew knew what they were doing and worked well together. Higgs Painting had my house looking wonderful in two days. I strongly recommend this family owned business.

They did an amazing paint job on my patio! totally professional and they take pride in their work. Prices are extremely fair. Their work is exceptional and I am so happy we found them. They also did a great job on our stairs putting molding and they were very meticulous which made me very happy. They did a great job. Here is a pic of the stairs and one of the patio. The stairs were not even completed yet in this picture and it already looked fantastic. Great guys! I highly recommend!

Shawn, the owner of the Company is the best! What a great experience! Everyone in the Company is so friendly. Shawn makes you feel like you can trust him with his suggestions.His prices are fair! He answers our texts & calls as soon as he can. He did the outside of the house & now working on the inside. He does repair work, as well!

I had a great experience hiring Shawn and his team to paint the outside of my home, install 6 outdoor lights and hang a large outdoor decor fixture. Here are a few things I really appreciated:

Shawn and his team at Higgs Painting helped our family in a time of need by completing the renovations, painting and deep cleaning of our mom’s home in Pembroke Pines to prepare it for sale after her unexpected transition into memory care. I live on the west coast and had to manage this remotely. Shawn provided expert guidance on how to prepare the home for sale, completely managed the project for me, and completed it on-time and on-budget.

More importantly though, Shawn was incredibly kind, responsive, honest and transparent through out the process, and the quality of work was top-notch. It was invaluable to our family to be able to trust Shawn to get this project completed for us and Shawn and his team exceeded our expectation in every way.

The owner Sean was very friendly and professional from start to finish. His employees were also friendly and they were very meticulous. They pressure cleaned not only my house but my patio and sidewalks. They did some minor wood and stucco repairs, painted the exterior, painted my walkway and sealed my paver patio. Higgs painting also painted one of my friends /customers houses and I knew from the work performed on their house they would do an amazing job. In the beginning I had a hard time choosing the colors and made several trips to Sherwin Williams. I highly recommend getting samples and painting them on several of the walls facing North, South, East and West because samples look different from almost every direction depending on the sun and shaded areas. They are not always what they seem on a tiny sample. I was more than happy with the final colors I chose. I would definitely recommend this company and I hope to use them again in the future for some interior painting.

Exceptional and professional service from start to finish. We recently had our pergola and patio painted for a more updated look, and as always, we’re extremely happy with the quality of work and final product. I recently had my Master Bedroom painted by Higgs Painting. The owner Shawn was fantastic from beginning to end. From the time to see me for a quote, written submission of the quote to me within 24 hours to easy scheduling of the job. His team arrived on time for the job and Jeremy and Tyler from his team did a fantastic job with the painting. They took their time and made sure that everything was done correctly. The owner even came by a couple of times to make sure that things were going fine. Reliable contractor, honest, fair pricing, professional and quality of the work performed was outstanding. Just the other day Shawn and his crew, Jeremy and Tyler finished painting the exterior of our house and also the driveway. Shawn was very professional from start to finish. It’s obvious he’s very skilled at his profession. He answered all of our questions and gave good suggestions and advice. We decided to totally change the look of our home after over 30 years.
