Mr. Rene Garcia and Mr. Juan worked carefully in mold abatement, anti-mold treatment of the affected area, air scrubbing, and dehumidification for mold remediation of a ceiling in a small closest. Very experienced and efficient. They removed their shoes/wore shoe booties to protect our new carpeting. They vacuumed as they worked keeping the area clean throughout the process. Furniture and carpet were carefully covered with protective plastic while they worked and removed when they finished on the same day.Rene explained the steps clearly and patiently answered all of our questions about the process. Very professional and tidy work by both of them. Thank you, Rene and Juan. Highly recommend them for their fantastic work.

Water damage related clean up and repair . Rene Garcia and his crew were extremely efficient from the very beginning all the way through the end. I am so very happy with the work done. From the moment I made my call ,response time was very quick and appointment was made and kept on time. The crew has always shown up on time and we’re very pleasant and hard-working. I would definitely recommend to anyone who will listen that Servpro has been my lifesaver during this time, all the way from the first phone call through to Rene Garcia and his different teams that showed up.

Rene, Eric, Alvaro, Jardel did a great job with our home remediation.

They were organized, kind and professional. They keep the area clean and blocked off in sections as they worked so that the rest of the house was still accessible. We are thankful they fixed our home well after two major water leaks.

We had a leak in our bathroom that traveled all the way to our bedroom floor. They did a wonderful job of containing the leak, drying everything up and checking for mold. Rene , Eric and Johnathan were amazing! Extremely thorough, clean and checked back with us multiple times to make sure the issue was resolved. Would highly recommend them!!

I am not one to write reviews but the service I received was beyond all expectations. Marlene came out to provide a quote the next day after I called at 10pm the night before. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I found mold in our home and were concerned about the cost to get the remediation done. Marlene ensured us she wouldn't keep it above a certain price and kept her word. Within the next couple of days the crew chief Rene Garcia came out with Gilbert to start the work. They both went above and beyond to not damage our counter tops, taped everything off perfectly and even salvaged our tiles. He kept me up to date with everything that was happening on site. Thank you all for the work you have and I cannot recommended them enough.

Highly recommend! I was very impressed by the speed, professionalism and cleanliness from this team. Will is amazing and I felt totally safe having him and his team in my house to help take care of the issue. The whole team - Will Gonzalez, Lazaro, Ramon and Wilmer were amazing! They helped explain the process all the way through and kept me up to speed on the issues they encountered in dealing with our leak issue. Also SO CLEAN! They sealed off the area they were working in so no dust would come out as they took down walls and flooring and also laid down plastic and paper in the adjacent rooms and had an air filtering process just in case some dust did come out. You couldn’t smell anything or see any dust in the rooms adjacent to where the work was getting done - truly amazing and a detail so many contractors often forget.

On 4 of July, we had a fire in our home. After the fireman left, I first called our insurance and then called Servpro. Marlene from Servpro came immediately to our home and went into action. The first thing she said was you are going to be OK. At this rough time in our life, her compassion and caring meant more than anything. Marlene had some of her team here within a matter of an hour with machines. In our home to try to remove odors and smoke. Marlene has a team that consists of Jefferson, Mario, Jeremiah, Ismael, Jose, Carlos and Luis.
We have never met such a devoted team and they put the Customer first. There hasn’t been a day and they’ve been here for quite a few that they keep us posted. Help us and try to get us back to normalcy as soon as possible. Servpro-Marlene are also able to handle our rebuild And this is a great relief to us.
We have quite a bit of contents and damage and what they are doing for us is unbelievable.
We cannot recommend them enough and hopefully no one out there has to go through this, but if you have any type of damage due to fire or water, this is definitely the Servpro team that you want to hire.
If we could give them 100 stars we would.

The customer service that I received was outstanding from start to finish. I had water damage in my garage from what turned out to be pipes broken in two places and mold that had spread pretty quickly. Cassandra was my first point of contact and her empathy for my concern and time constraints was a huge relief. Marlene Sienkiewicz came out to my property at the one point in time that I could meet with her. She was professional, thorough with her assessment, and helped me to feel very confident in the company and the service I could expect. Alvaro and his team who worked in my home exceeded my expectations. The work was completed with minimal disruption to me when I was working from home and my garage looked even cleaner after the work was completed. I highly recommend this company without reservation and I would definitely contact them again if the need arises in the future.

Rene and Juan (de Medellín) are an awesome team. They have been working in my house for the last 2 days and they removed mold that was in the wood of my house due to an AC leak.
They made sure the area was contained and no mold got out. They cut the drywall, set up their machines and told us step by step of what was happening.
Great company, great team, professional. Everything was left clean, they were on time and assured us and re assured us that we were fine and safe.

Many times is not how affordable or how fast or quality of service is provided.
Is the “service after the sale”.
There were a few details overlooked when work was completed.
Mr. Jason Hanneke (co-owner) personally is addressing every single one. Later I became aware that 7 to 10% of the “details” were not SERVPRO’s fault; however, Jason did not challenge the request and addressed them.
This kind of response raises the bar and God Forbid if disasters reoccur they will be the one to call.
The level of professionalism, integrity, due diligence and ethics is 10x the industry standard.
Even if paying out pocket, they might not be the cheapest ; however, they are worth every penny.
There is no price on peace of mind.
And there is where they blow their competition.

Luis and Sony did the reconstruction. They were extremely patient and paid attention to detail.

I've been using Higgs for years to powerwash and seal my roof. I just had them paint the entire exterior of my house, and it looks great. Shawn is super responsive and always on time. They're great!

Shawn and the team did some great work for us in the past, paint and pressure wash. However, they have been extremely unresponsive this time around when we needed their services. My wife and I spoke multiple times to Shawn about a quote which we never received. Each time he had an excuse for why we had not received the quote. Last conversation I had with him he asked me to text my information to him so he can make sure to get back with me. Never heard back from him. It now has been over 2 months. I usually don’t leave reviews but I just felt ignored. Very unprofessional.

I hired Higgs Painting & Pressure Washing for several jobs in the last 8 months - interior painting (ceilings, walls), impact garage door painting, furniture painting, exterior chimney and beam painting, side walls pressure washing, epoxy floor in the garage and Shawn and his team have been fantastic. Responsive, on time, reasonably priced and very flexible. A couple of these jobs were on a short notice but Shawn was able to squeeze us in without sacrificing the quality of the job. They also fixed a couple of things that I accidentally scratched and touched up the walls in some worn out small spaces painted during their first job with us free of charge. Bonus: They create a streamlined paper and payment trail to keep for our own records. Thank you Shawn and team.

We recently had our house painted by Higgs Painting and we were very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. Shawn was very attentive and detailed in explaining the process, in addition to being very responsive to answering our questions. We particularly love the fact that this is a family-owned and operated business. We highly recommend them.

I hired Higgs Painting & Pressure Cleaning to repair drywall and paint a 600 sq. foot condo. The new owner had to meet a deadline and Shawn and his crew was able to accommodate us. The drywall repair was nice and smooth and the painting crisp and clean. The painting included a popcorn ceiling and interior doors which had previously been wallpapered. Shawn's partner John had to remove a horrible flooring installation down to the cement and install laminate flooring and custom base boards. They complied with all permitting required by the HOA and completed the installation in a timely manner. The owner was very happy with the work, as was I, his space planner and project manager. I would hire them again and use them personally.
