We purchased a home, and it wasn't until we removed the flooring that we found mold behind the walls and baseboards. Marlene, Jimmy and Jaun were amazing, professional and extremely courteous. The service was excellent, and the guys made this difficult process a lot easier to deal with. The communication was unmatched the quality of work was thorough. We would recommend them for all your restoration needs. I've always known about Servpro but never used them I see the commercials all the time saying, "like it never happened". I cannot tell you how professional the entire team at SERVPRO. We had one of their workers at our house to remove and then re-install our build in cabinets because of work being done because of a flood. Rene G. was the person who removed and then re-installed our units. While re-installing the units Rene determined that because of the flooring material change the units would need adjustments. Rene determined what additional materials are needed to do the job right. He went to Home Depot and got new anchors and wood to re-position the units. Rene went above and beyond to not only re-install the removed units but he fixed what would of been a major issue on the spot. Great service!!

Will Gonzalez and his associate Albert came to my house Friday. It was a mess. The window installer hit a water pipe and my wood Flores were soaked. The installer spoke no English Will and Albert not only did their job efficiently they acted as interpreter and assisted the Plumer with the repair. They went above and beyond to help me out at a difficult time. Jules the phone person was very reassuring and helpful. I would like to thank and commend all these people. Marlene was awesome! She was in charge of the crew. They were on time and did a great job with
mold issues and water damage. They left fans and dehumidifiers and were diligent upon returning to check in them. The crew worked in a timely fashion and cleaned everything up. Marlene gave me her phone number and answered whenever i called. She was great. This is one of the best companies I’ve ever done business with!

Wonderful team and excellent job, no divorce between the office and field. Rene's crew is the best, they did a great job on CAN Community Health clinic and we are working again with him in other projects. I highly recommend this team for mold remediation.
