not a budget pool service and you should expect and request top treatment which they have the ability to deliver. that being said, emphasizing you have to ask for it. their company culture is still figuring out customer service although our tech is really great

When it comes to redoing pavers, they have a wide variety to select from whether you’re interested in tile, travertine, etc. The pool resurfacing is done with great attention to detail and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a pool remodel. The staff went above and beyond in streamlining the whole process and was communicative throughout!! If I could give them more stars, I would!

I had Pooslide Renos resurface my pool and I couldn't be happier! Unfortunately, I went with another company at first and they proved to be a nightmare. Thank goodness I got my money back from the first company and went with Poolside Renos. Not only do they do great work but it's been such a pleasure dealing with them. They took all of my stress away, and I was so stressed with the first company! The pool is beautiful!!!! Also, I have to name several people: 1. Jonathan Nash is the owner and he really is a great guy. He's very straight forward, honest (yes, really!) and is flexible and fair. 2. Paola is a terrific communicator. She keeps the homeowner informed of every step, which greatly reduces stress! She's calm and very informative. I really trust her! She wants the customer to be happy. 3. Raffi is a great technician. As he's doing the job, he explains everything and he really nows his stuff! This is a terrific team and I know there are so many companies out there, but I stronly recommend Poolside Renos!

We used this company for a full pool remodel and backyard upgrade, and the results were excellent. The pavers and travertine completely transformed the space, and the pool resurface with Diamond Brite came out smooth and beautiful. The tile and marble work was done with great attention to detail.

SO happy with my pool remodel! We went from plain brick pavers to this stunning marble pool deck, a deep blue pool interior with cool decorative glass tile, colorful bubblers on the new sun shelf and all of it framed beautifully by new artificial turf. Our tired old backyard is now paradise!

Poolside Renos is one of the best pool service companies I have ever dealt with. (And I have dealt with several over the years). They are friendly and accommodating. They take pictures of the work that has been done immediately after service. Their pricing is fair and their technicians are wonderful people. I would highly recommend them for all your pool service needs.

Marlene Sienkiewicz and her crew, lead by Jose, were nothing short of amazing. Marlene was at my home within an hour of my calling ServPro Pembroke Pines/West Miramar earlier this week to request an estimate on the remediation of mold that had been detected in my garage A/C closet. I had a very reasonable estimate within a few hours, as well as a commitment from Marlene that her crew would be at my home the following morning to begin the work. Jose and crew arrived on time and jumped right into the remediation process. They were responsive to my many questions and informative to a fault throughout this somewhat stressful situation. While I do believe this company could have done a great job remediating my home, I think they are way too expensive. Their estimate came in at $25k. I looked for a more economical option and found it through Carlos at PuroClean. It was an astonishing difference in price. And the same methods will be used. Plus, some extra bonus services.

What also made me not go with this company is the communication was lacking. I was told repeatedly that someone would be in touch and that is not what happened. That's a red light for me. If you want my business, you need to do what you say you'll do.

The Pembroke Pines location came out to do a free estimate. They took measurements and told me what the job would entail. They never emailed or called back with the estimate. It has been more than a week of calls on my behalf and no one has gotten back to me as yet.

We had a problem with a pipe leak in our ceiling and called Servpro. The service and professionalism from the team Armando, Will, Albert is second to none!! Their service and follow up was great! I am very satisfied with their services.

Rene was extremely thorough in getting the job done. I called ServePro to take care of a serious mold problem for my mother-in-law’s house. We live in Tampa so I had to rely on his expertise and communication throughout the entire process. We appreciate how much he understood that this was urgent and he was sensitive to the situation being it’s something for a family member with health issues.
He utilized FaceTime so we can walk through details of the job before and after. He took the time to explain to my mother-in-law all they did and the important steps necessary to avoid future problems. He was good in sending photos personally from him to assure the job was being done correctly.

We had a sump failure which flooded our basement, 700 sqft of the 1500 sqft was finished including a family room, bedroom and bathroom. Elian and Marlene Ramon and Hector were a great team. We are very pleased with the communication, the amount of time from the event to the time of service, and time to resolve our issue. The were always prompt, courteous, and the project was completed on time.
