I am so happy with my technician RICHARD. He is very knowledgeable, the pool looks amazing and he is always there to address any concerns we have. Great communication and service!!

We are actually still using the company as my pool has become the neighborhood joke, we take bets on how long it takes to turn green again, which is typically on the 3rd day after the technician shows.and we rate the different shades of green. Now, luckily, we don't have kids or the time to actually use the pool. Or obviously, this would not have gone on for the past 4-6 months. I did hear from one of their current employees that the company was very reputable until it was bought out, and since then its been downhill from there.

I searched and searched. My pool is a rather large pool n spa. I was given a list of 3 pool maint. Companies. Interviewed all. But David the owner was great and lived up to his word and helped my pool great back to its A+ shape. My tech Rick rocks nothing we ask is to much even cleaning the filter 2x a month. Chemicals are important since i have a saltwater system. A breath of fresh air

I hired this company to resurface my pool. After resurfacing the plan was to start the pool back up with necessary chemicals and balance for 3 weeks and after that maintain the pool for the life of the pool. I was excited because I thought I found a 1 stop shop for my pool. At this point I’m totally disappointed with overall service received. Nothing said has been true from David Frederick, the owner, other than the pool would be finished within 1 week. I would’ve rather it taken longer if I could’ve gotten a better quality job done. The pool is not evenly smooth and the Diamond bright is blotchy. David Frederick will be attentive to all request until he gets your money. RED FLAG: Anyone who keeps their voicemail full so that you can’t leave a message is shady. He contracts people out who comes whenever they want and once they were finished they left about 8 garbage bags full of old plaster and concrete from my pool outside my yard near the street, I’m assuming with the hopes that the trash man will pick it up which they didn’t. I’ve been actively calling and texting David for the past week to come pick up the bags, that shouldn’t have been there in the first place. He’s been lying or either not answering or responding at all. This is a company you should most definitely STAY FAR AWAY FROM!!!!

I have been with this company for about 2 years now. They offer excellent professional service, with high quality chemicals according to the needs of your pool. David, the owner is amazing and he will make sure that if any issue comes up it will get resolved. They have the perfect maintenance plan for my pool. High accountability showing up their day and keep you updated all the time. My pool technician is great leaving my pool perfect for us to enjoy. I highly recommend them.

What started as a misunderstanding turned into a great working relationship. Richard, the manager went above and beyond to solve my issues and clear up the misunderstanding. Highly recommend this company.

I really wanted to like this company because they started out great, but things quickly went downhill. After a few months, they began skipping services, which caused my pool to turn green multiple times. When I asked about it, they convinced me the issue was my filter. I trusted them and replaced it through their company—only to later find out they weren’t being honest.

On top of that, my technician kept trying to sell me used products, and every time I raised concerns, the office completely ignored me. I’ve never been offered a refund or even an apology. At this point, it’s clear this company is run by con artists, and I would strongly warn anyone against using them.

We had an excellent experience with Guardian Pools. They did a beautiful job resurfacing our pool — the finished product looks amazing and completely transformed the space. Communication throughout the entire process was clear, timely, and professional, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. The crew was reliable, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Guardian Pools to anyone looking for quality workmanship and great service.

I had my roof soft-washed and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They used the proper chemical treatment, and the difference is honestly night and day — my roof looks absolutely amazing.

They even went above and beyond by cleaning my front patio and steps, which made the whole exterior of the house look refreshed. They showed up on time, were very friendly, and worked fast and efficiently.

On top of that, they provided before-and-after photos that I was able to submit to my HOA to stay compliant with the neighborhood guidelines — which made the whole process even easier.

I highly recommend their services to anyone needing roof cleaning or exterior soft washing. Outstanding work all around!

This company is top notch! We had our roof cleaned today and it looks beautiful. Team arrived on time and were super nice. They took photos before and after and it’s amazing! Price was super reasonable and am all around happy. Will definitely use them again. We live in Fort Lauderdale!

I reached out via instagram and received a response within minutes and then followed up with a call shortly after to provide a quote. I live in Miramar and they came out next day to clean my gutters, roof and windows. Excellent job!

I received multiple quotes to do a soft wash on my roof. All the quotes were the same price. I chose this company because instead of just getting a text with a price I received a professional quote via email and a phone call explaining the process and the warranty.
