I honestly wish I could leave zero stars.

After receiving multiple promotional texts, I decided to give them a chance. The customer service leading up to the booking was great, and I even addressed the negative reviews I had seen online. I was reassured they would deliver and made it very clear that punctuality was important to me.

They required full prepayment, which I found unusual for a cleaning service… now I understand why.

Our appointment was scheduled for 12 PM. By 1 PM, not only had no one shown up, but there was zero communication. No call, no text, no email to explain the delay. After multiple unanswered messages and calls on my end, I was finally told they were short staffed and on the way.

They arrived over 1.5 hours late. At that point, my husband refused entry, not only because of the delay, but also because they appeared extremely unprofessional, with one of the cleaners looking very young to the point where we were not even sure if they were underage.

Despite not performing the service, they did not issue a refund. Instead, they asked me to reschedule and pay a $60 rescheduling fee, which is honestly unacceptable. I would never want to work with them again.

The customer service after was just as disappointing. No accountability and no proper communication. Every time you call, you are told someone will follow up, but no one ever does. To make matters worse, I was told by text “we will not be taking any phone calls in discussion of this matter,” which is shocking. Who runs a business like this?

I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is a clear lack of professionalism and organization. Unfortunately, the negative reviews online are accurate, believe them.

I genuinely wanted to support them and could have referred many clients their way, but this was a very disappointing experience.

They leave the home feeling new and are very attentive to the little areas that are often overlooked. I have used them twice and the staff is very professional and accommodating. I will use them more often.

So disappointed. I ignored the reviews because I was desperate to get my house clean quick. My house was recently under construction so I just needed dusting, moping, and wiping of cabinets. They assured me my house can be “dust free”

The sales rep on the phone was great but the cleaners weren’t. They weren’t able to communicate in English and looked less than pleased to have the job. They gave minimal effort and overlooked several areas. They won’t wipe your cabinets and fridge unless you pay extra. I paid extra and they almost left my house without doing the fridge. They didn’t mop under my bed which is accessible and I keep finding dust and cabinets they forgot.

It honestly seems like they just did a poor job and wipe fabuloso around to give the impression that is clean.

I’m out lots of money.

Just don’t do it. Don’t hire them!

Never answer the phone.

They hired unprofessional and amateur employees who did not have proper cleaning products nor did they clean properly. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They started of great but after a couple of cleanings the pricing goes up and the quality of cleaning dropped drastically

This is the second time I’ve used Jiffy Elite Maids, and they’ve impressed me again. The cleaner was on time, professional, and did an amazing job—just like the first time. It’s a relief to have a reliable service I can count on.

I booked the cleaning service for my office and was really happy with how thorough they were. They took care of every detail and left the space spotless. Will definitely use them again for regular cleanings.

Not impressed at all.
The one time clean list was not done.
Flitted about with a feather duster. Don’t think my bathroom got cleaned or floor mopped.
Did not clean all blinds, fans or inside windows.
Put 3 full plug ins back upside down and it leaked all over my wood floor.
Didn’t speak much English hence my five calls from someone who did.
Definitely too much work for 2 women in 2 hours.

They came for the first time to my house yesterday. Why didn’t I do this before?
They were excellent, hardworking and everything shines.
Price very reasonable and I already rescheduled to keep things looking good!

Unfortunately I have a bad experience. 3 ladies clean my house, supposed to be a deep cleaning and they no even move the furniture . The counter in the bathroom was not even touched .They literally did a superficial cleaning. It looks like nothing was done . Really disappointed. They ask to get paid before they do the service and now I understand Why .

I would not recommend Jiffy Elite Maids based on their marketing practices throughout the city and nearby communities. Their signs and advertising materials are constantly posted on street corners, medians, and community entrances, creating visual blight and taking away from the appearance of otherwise well‑maintained neighborhoods.

These repeated sign postings appear to disregard local sign ordinances and community standards, and it’s frustrating to see this kind of behavior normalized. A company that shows so little respect for keeping the community clean and orderly raises serious concerns about their professionalism overall.

If a business lacks the integrity to help keep our city and neighborhoods beautiful, it’s hard to trust that they’ll show integrity when it comes to caring for your home. For that reason alone, I would not recommend this company.

I really tried to give this service a chance. The cleaners were actually good but the company is poorly run. Communication is poor. One cleaning was completely missed. They were 2 hours late for another. The icing on the cake for me was the drastic increase in price without warning. The person on the phone had the nerve to tell me that they are the "cheapest in the area." Lady, I'm not looking for the cheapest in the area. I am looking for the best service. I pay for good service. You don't bate and switch pricing based on season without telling your customers ahead of time and not communicate effectively. And yes, there are other options!

Extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of professionalism and accountability. I had a confirmed cleaning appointment for 2:00 PM. No one showed up. I had to call them, and they told me they had my appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM — which was incorrect. I had a confirmation clearly stating 2:00 PM and even sent them a screenshot when they asked.
I was told they would “figure it out” and call me back. They never did. I called back FIVE times with no answer. When someone finally picked up, I was told they were “10 minutes away.” It has now been over an hour past my scheduled time and still no one has arrived.
The manager called it a “miscommunication” but refused to offer any type of discount or refund — despite the fact that I rearranged my schedule to be home at 2:00 PM. Completely unprofessional, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend booking with them unless you’re okay with wasted time and excuses.

Jiffy Elite Maids keeps posting unauthorized signs throughout our community, despite repeated warnings from management and our attorney. City code compliance has already removed over 500 signs, yet we’re still forced to clean up after them, creating visual blight, safety hazards, and traffic congestion. Instead of wasting money on illegal ads, they should invest in properly trained staff who respect the community and private property.

Not impressed at all with the deep cleaning I paid for. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. When you pay for a professional cleaning service, you expect at least the basics—like cleaning the kitchen sink and doing a thorough job overall. I honestly expected better results than what my two teenagers manage when they clean their bathrooms. Even they were surprised and said, “We would’ve done a better job!” That says a lot.
