My experience with this company was very disappointing. The person they sent to clean my vents only used the vacuum, he said that was all he needed to do to job. He told me to write the check out to AD Pearl Master for $2200 not PPADP.
I still have dust and particles flowing out of the air vents. I called to inform them about the issue twice. I was told they’ll get back to me. No one has responded. My advice is do not call this company. The address they advertise is false. I went there to discover it’s a dance studio.

I have to inform the public about Jordan the technician. Jordan kept insisting I get the ultraviolet light to prevent mold buildup at a special discount. I agreed for $499.
It was necessary to call a reputable company to properly clean my air vents. So glad I did. They informed me that there is no ultraviolet light in my unit. We would see it. I was furious n called PPADP to let them know that Jordan never installed the ultraviolet light. The had Jordan call me. Jordan came by on Tuesday; he unscrewed some nuts, then turns to me saying
“I forgot to put it in “ He did not forget to charge me $499 I responded. He acted like no big deal, I’ll return the money through Zelle. That was another issue. Finally I got my money back. However, I did lose $1700.
