My AC stopped working and they came immediately, the problem was the blower motor, it was under warranty and they put one motor while they went to the supplier for the new one, they came back and installed the new one and the must important is that since they came for the first time I was with my ac working. Thanks Today Cooling.

Nilberto's service is top quality service! I first contacted him 6 months ago and AC have been working as expected. He came back for regular maintenance. I will keep his service moving forward.

What started as a simple routine maintenance turned into a nightmare. They said the maintenance would cost $100-150, then the technician came and ended up charging $260 in total, but he said he had done other things, so I did not complain about that. The next day the compressor went off and only the fan was left running, so I thought it was the building's cooling tower and called in the morning, but they told me the tower was fine. So, I called the air conditioning company to tell them. The technician came and did some things and wanted to charge $150 additional, but when he was gone, the equipment started failing again, so he returned and did other things. In the afternoon that day, the air continued to fail, so I called again but they did not resolve the problem, so I had to call another company. The technician from the new company arrived in the afternoon and that was when I found out that the only thing the air conditioning needed was maintenance and cleaning, that is, the first time it was not even properly maintained, as more dirt came out of the equipment, which was obstructing some conduit that prevented the compressor from working. Thus I spent $400 on a simple maintenance, because the new company charged me only $ 125 as it should have been from the beginning. Even knowing all this, they did not even offer to reimburse me for what I had to pay to the new company, that is why I am writing this review, because they did not solve anything for me at any time. The only way to know if a company is working well is when a situation like this arises, when you come across a problem and do everything possible to solve it and satisfy the customer.

Nilberto is reliable, knowledgeable and honest. He definitely has a customer for life with my family. We have used him several times throughout the years. Would highly recommend for any AC need.

Good service all the time, more than 2 years working with today cooling and they are the best, I recommend them and the prices are good too.

My air stopped working overnight, and by afternoon the next day, Nilberto was already here. He quickly determined the problem & had to go find the part. He came back around 6pm that night and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. He was so good. Nilberto was very respectful of me and my home and he saw the job completed quickly. Called Nilberto for a noise the AC was making. he came the next day. I was concerned about what it could be. He did not try to sell a service, on the contrary, he gave me his recommendations and did not charge. I now understand why he has great reviews.

I highly recommend Today cooling AC, My air condition was freezing up on the inside. I looked on Google for air conditioner repair. So I called Today Cooling, after reading some of the reviews. Nilberto answered with a polite voice. I told him what was going on with my air condition, and we set up an appointment for the next day. The day of the appointment he called to let me know he was on his way. He checked everything out, and told me what he were going to do and how long it would take. Nilberto and his partner was very professional. After the job they cleaned up, everything where they was working. Called Nilberto for an issue with my AC unit (thermostat / compressor). He came within the same day. He performed the repair fast and with great quality. He even had the pieces required to fix the AC in his van, so everything was done within one hour.
