Tony came to my home today a technician at today cooling and was very professional, neat and courteous he explained in great detail the work he was going to perform and gave me great tips on how to keep my unit running in optimum condition Tony was very confident and also wore a mask. I hardly ever write reviews but I was so pleased with this company for a change that I felt compelled to share P.S price was very fair as well

I had an exceptional experience using Today Cooling AC. I’ve used them twice and both times Nilberto was able to arrive the same day and complete the repair. I even had multiple technicians come out before and he was the only one to recognize that we had an internal filter in the air handler in the attic which was causing the AC to run poorly. I would highly recommend their services. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I was lucky to be referred to Today AC Cooling because they were quick to repair the heating module on my AC unit. Days later I had an electrical failure , the owner showed up to check everything and was able to indicate that the work was done to spec and I that I needed to replace the fuse on my house panel. Absolutely horrible service. Their response time is 0 to none. Because you have to pick a star, they get one on this website but zero in my book.

They never answer. Never send a new contract out when your expires. Not customer service friendly.

What a waste of time. Why wait six hours only for no one to come and the customer service agent to 1. Wire you to a closed office and 2. Not answer when you redial.

You should teach your workers how to drive correctly

They only on time show up for charges, this location at Century Village never fix problem and charge more than most company, l lost $125 for the man come over 5 minutes one blow compress air the drain line didn’t unclog next day they said the main line is clogged that’s association job refuse return the money

Cynthia at the office did an amazing job for me she is very kind and caring. Solved my problem well. Also AC tech did a good job too.

Called at 8:00 a.m with a/c problem - expect service between 8:30 and 12 - at 10:00 a.m. air repaired and grateful my home went from 82 to 78 by 10:30. Thank you Lenny and thanks to the young lady who answered my call courteously and professionally. Again, thank you very much.
