0 star if I could. I just trusted this company too much. I never checked my grease traps after each pumps. It turns out that every time they didn't pump thoroughly, that is why there are so much solid grease down there. 3 Years! We had been cooperated with each other 3 years. Even they found out that my traps had too much lumps they didn’t notice me or mention a word. so that I can had them do a deep cleaning. Until I had back up in my kitchen. They almost destroy my grease trap. I will not recommend this company to anyone, and very disappointed.
