After our technician left, I noticed my wallet which was left on the table during the visit, went missing, along with my credit card, and IDs. The company has not been helpful at all, and I since have filed a police report and identity theft report.

Phixer I hired to slove the problem bathroom leaking but he couldn’t find the problem and he asked me to open the ceiling I told ok . He fix the problem . And Phixer guy didn’t close the ceiling .
He charged me 550 $ , without completing his work . Never ever hire this expensive guy and they don’t complete the work . Thank you

Installers spoke no English whatsoever. Scheduler told me they would remove and dispose of my old toilet, however i was able to ascertain from the tech that they do not dispose of toilets. So I am stuck w/ an old toilet the trash men will not pick up. Would never use them again. When I complained during the follow up call the lady gave me grief and I had to hang up on her.
