It's been almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a quote. It feels like I'm the one chasing them to actually give them a job and money. Communication is horrendous, they promise call backs then don't. I was just informed that someone has to come out again to look at what is needed. Not sure they are capable of handling complex jobs. Will update if needed.

I want personally thank the owner and Jon for making today's visit a positive one. They were both very responsive to the situation, they came on time and took care of the filter and leak issue I had. I will continue to do business with Phixser Solutions in the near future. Again, thank you for helping us with our issue.

The customer service for this all in one company is amazing. When they say something they deliver. You don’t have to be behind them to follow up for anything.
I will definitely recommend them and I’m keeping them in my back pocket for any future issues that come up in the house. Thank you!! Last but not least the receptionist Jennifer, she was so Patient and understanding to what I needed and how fast I needed my problem fixed. This is it everyone no need to look at another company again.

The company was quick to provide a quote and gave very reasonable pricing. However, our two day job is now running into a 4th week. The technician has consistently showed up to tell us about the difficulty in getting parts and other issues that suggest the company is not managing projects effectively. When I tried to contact the company about making sure this work would be getting done next week, I couldn't leave a voicemail because the inbox was full and the website does not provide an electronic means of communication. I'm not sure I would recommend them for any complex electrical work.

Great company to deal with. Made appointment online, got call to confirm (Day After Thanksgiving was not a problem!) Jhonny the plumber showed up at exactly the scheduled time. He was professional, very kind, explained everything, and got to work. Looked at all the new pieces, inspected the old installations, confirmed the great price I was quoted and got the whole job done in less than an hour. Then showed me what he did and tested everything before he left. There is simply no reason to ever call anyone else and I will surely use them again if a need arises.

Initially, communication was effective and reliable. Required permitting hit a snag/delay, but they ultimately made an effort to get things done. FINAL UPDATE: Job was done very well, product (tankless water heater) works like a charm. Work was done to code and as expected, and we passed final inspection without a problem. Would highly recommend.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I just deleted a 5 star review that I had previously written about their service. When the technician arrived, I was astonished at the level of service that I received. First of all, he clearly did not feel like working. In addition, there was a language barrier, which to me was not a problem, because I have had other workers that use a translation app, and it worked out just fine.

The language barrier AND his attitude, prompted me to call the company to request that the service call be rescheduled. The woman answering the phone was EXTREMELY rude and then hung up on me, after refusing to give me her name. This company is contracted through the FPL HOME SERVE ELECTRICAL PLAN. If you have this plan and they try to send you PHIXSER, request another provider immediately!
