Excellent customer service from Gabi. He was very polite . I had a heater that was leaking and when I called they responded immediately. They advised that it had to be replaced and so he did that. He also stayed until the water was hot . Thanks Gabi

FYI they don't tell you ahead of time there is a service fee to give an estimate to repair. I called other companies and they told me prior to coming out that they charge a service fee and they gave the price. I chose not to have those companies come out due to this. This company did not tell me there would be any charge until after they showed up and looked at the water heater. The gentleman who came out was very nice, however. Luckily my water heater turned out to be fine but I will not hire this company in the future for any plumbing needs due to the hidden fees they charge. I was going to get a quote from them to replace the water heater booster at my nursing home but after the surprise fee, I am no longer going to.

I reached out to get a quote to repair/replace my water heater. Per your website it says you offer FREE Estimates. That is what I clicked when I reached out to get an estimate. You then called and asked what is wrong and I said "it wasn't getting hot. I am not sure if it needs repaired or replaced." You never said on the phone you charge a service fee to evaluate. You said you could send a technician out and he can give me an estimate. If you would have told me on the phone there was a service fee just to evaluate the situation, I would not have had you come out as your service fee is more than the other companies I reached out to.
