Thanks to to Ricky and his crew. Great job on the tree and stump removal. The crew was hard working, and your price was well below other estimates. I would definitely recommend you to others. Also a shout out to Gary for coming out and giving the estimation and information on the trees in my yard. You were very kind and supportive towards military families, which was much appreciated since my husband just recently passed away.

A+ Quick response to my request to prune some palm trees and to remove some sago & palmetto bushes. Estimate was less than I had feared. I wasn't there for the work, but I noticed on my security camera that their first task was locating the water main cutoff and putting an orange cone over it to keep the heavy equipment away. I'm very satisfied with the end result.

Tree removal and trimming. Cleared neighbor's yard or overhanging branches. Did a great job and clean-up. Fast service!

Had the woods behind our home underbrush cut. The crew was here as scheduled and on time. Work was performed as requested and debris was picked up same day. Great job guys!

Very professional company who gave an accurate quote and communicated very effectively to get everything done in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with Tri-State, from initial proposal to cleanup. Everyone was very professional and the equipment used was awesome. They were able to remove two big trees tightly between two houses and did so in just a few hours with no damage! Then, later that day, another awesome piece of equipment picked up all the limbs/tree trunks/etc.and hauled them away: job complete! And they beat the price of the other competitor by a long shot! Especially professional was arborist Larry Brown, climber Nacho, Lamar, and entire crew.

Tri State Tree Service did an excellent job. Everything was done on schedule and professionally handled. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for

My husband and I got 4 trees cut by Tri State. They were speedy and cleaned up entire debris including hauling off promptly and even raking up smaller debris. We will definitely use them in the future to cut remaining pines.

I ordered a complete tree service that included tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, and debris removal. The crew did a good job on the initial tree and branch work and cleaned up afterward — but once the stump was ground, I was told that cleanup for that part was an additional debris removal charge.

That was never communicated upfront. Logically, the entire job — from removal through stump grinding — should have been considered one project with one cleanup. Having to pay twice for debris removal is unreasonable and feels like hidden fees, this something that should have been told to me in advance. Unfortunately, this company failed to do that, it turned a great experience into into 1 star experience. Due to the inabliltiy of the to provide "Customer Service is our #1 priority."

We had one tree removed and 3 trees trimmed on a Monday and I was told they would be picking up the debris within 2 days. I called on Wednesday to check on the status of the debris truck (the debris is partly in our street and a pile is in my neighbors yard) and got a voicemail during normal business hours so I left a message. I called again on Friday (after receiving some complaints from neighbors) and was told they would be picking it up by 7pm. It is now Saturday and there is a tropical system heading our way in a couple of days. The tree removal, stump grinding and trimming went great but the fact that they can’t pick up the debris when they said they would is disappointing. I understand there may be staffing shortages but don’t give a date or time if you can’t deliver. I have more trees to clean up and will not be using them again.

Mostly, a good experience. Left some branches in neighbors back yard that I had to drag from the road. Also, the guys on the job pointed out a tree that needed to come down. Still waiting on that.

No complaints at all about this company. Got all the (big) trees cut down in one day. Did exactly what they said they would and what was agreed on. Very friendly guys!

*Update: changed to 2 stars 1 week post-job. Debris pick up was paid for in the initial proposal and scheduled for 2 days after the job. 2 days came and went with zero communication. Then it was scheduled for Saturday (5 days after the job), which came and went with zero communication. Then scheduled for Monday (7 days after the job), which I had to personally schedule AGAIN. Now my grass is dead, my fence is destroyed, and I still have the debris! What did I pay $2K for in this economy.. zero communication, zero follow through - just taking money, destroying property, and leaving. I thought your motto is “Customer Service is our #1 priority”.

Called Tri-State tree service to trim up 2 residential oak trees at my house - hoping to get rid of dead limbs and trim up low-hanging branches. Corey came out to do the consultation promptly and provided great service and information.

The only issues arose during the actual service. We were told the crew would use mats to keep the equipment from damaging the grass, rope lines to lower branches, and FPL would turn off my power since the trees were being trimmed around power-lines. None of this happened. The longer I looked, the more damage I found. Shed damage, fence and grass gouges, post and additional fence damages, I can’t close my gate at all. We have reported the damages to Corey who forwarded the information. Time will tell how it is handled… I will update my review with the results.

The workers did a fine job cutting and removing the limbs of the palm trees. They left the yard clean and neat. I would recommend Tri-State Tree Service to any home owner.

They came out to my yard and gave me a quote and within a week, came to trim my tree and remove some dead and dangerously hanging branches. They seemed very knowledgeable and took extra measures to ensure they did not damage any pipes while working, by communicating that they needed different equipment to do it safely and they came back the very next day. It was all quick and they removed the debris as well.

Tri State Tree Service is AMAZING. I have huge oaks, extremely tall, and they took some weight off them, limbs that were over the house, etc., what I would call pretty dangerous work. But leadman Levi and his crew were incredible. It was amazing to watch just how good they are at what they do, especially with what I would call a challenging job. Top notch guys, not to mention I was stunned at the clean up, it far exceeded my expectations. I would give 10 stars to Levi ,his crew and Tri State if I could. If you ever want tree work done, I would recommend you use Tri State to get the best. AMAZING

Joey was very knowledgeable about trees. I told him that I wanted to get more sunlight in the yard and he knew exactly which limbs to take down. His crew #6 were very good, they took down the needed limbs and cleaned up the yard. The crew that picked up the debris the next day were very good too.
My front yard is so open and light. I highly recommend Tri State Tree and will use them in the future.

Did a great job at my dad’s house. Had a few trees trimmed. One was on roof of house another on roof of shed in backyard. In front a smallish tree that blooms but was getting a bit in the way. Very talented group of guys. Asked if I was happy w each one and respectful of property really above n beyond. I appreciate that and it can be pricey but it’s a tough job. I would def recommend. Cheaper then a tree limb busting through the roof with the winds we tend to get in pcola👍

In dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Michael we were fortunate to find Tri State Tree Service. Wayne (the owner) and his crew came to the area to assist with the huge amount of downed trees from the storm. My in-laws had a large tree resting on their home along with several others at risk of falling. Wayne and his crew removed the trees within a few days of the storm, utilizing their massive crane and bucket trucks on the job. During the process it became clear that Wayne and his group are some of the nicest and most honest people I have met with their pricing being half of what others were charging for the same work. Following major disasters it usually brings out the best and worst of people and I'm thankful there are still people around like Wayne and his team. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and care during the job. Tri State should be proud of who they are.

Tri-state Tree service removed a massive sweetgum tree in our back yard. The crew was professional and the arborist was very knowledgeable. They had amazing equipment that was able to fit between the side of our house and the fence. The large amount of debris took a few days to get hauled off and they were excellent at communicating with me about when they would return. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
