Had him work on my ice machine charged astronomical prices for repairs. Not professional.

Washing machine repair. Attempted to repair. Not fixed and never responded to calls. Literally for 6 months , then I just gave up.

They are never open and never answer the phone but show in business online. I think they are actually doing this as a hobby if anything. I would not recommend this business for anything.

Cannot get him to come do warranty work on my dishwasher. Finally went to his business in person to get a response and he came to our house and took down model and serial numbers and has yet to return. That was two months ago at least. No response to my calls. It's been six months since I first called for repairs. No one else in town does this warranty work so I'm stuck with him.

I do believe they are overpriced cuz they have a monopoly on Taylor County along with Lee Heating the guy came and fixed part of my AC weren't there five minutes way overcharged me I do believe but I had no choice he told me it would be another $60 which I did not have and he wanted cash and my AC is still not working because of I did not have the other 60

I reported the problem I had and within 2 hours it had been taken care of.

i had my a/c installed over a month ago and they have still have not installed the heat, i paid in full and now it seems like my heat is not a priority, very disappointed.
