8am. 73 degrees in my home. My unit stopped responding. At 11:30 AM I decide I need help and contacted these guys not expecting to even diagnose what my problem was before it was 85 inside if not hotter. I don't normally leave reviews for anything, but I am happy to report Mike showed up before the temperature rose above 78. Within 3 hours. On a Monday. It is hard to find professionals of Mike's caliber anymore much less on short notice. I much appreciate it.

The most professional people. I called after Hurricane because the unit was shaken out of place. The answering service was helpful. This Monday morning by the time I was ready to call back and tell them not to come because my husband came last night from out of state and moved it back in place, they had sent a service man over. They were gracious enough not to charge me for the inconvenience. These people make Perry Fl and all the areas they serve proud to have them. They are always there when you need them.
