An excellent experience from start to finish! Waited on writing a review as I wanted to provide one that was based on results months after the work was completed. Let me say...the kitchen cabinet adjustment and drywall repair still look great! From the hardworking managers to the great technician (Carlos), they all took the time to ensure a complete job was done and address any concern the customer had. Although the estimate and payment in parts portions of the experience can be a bit daunting for first time customers they do their absolute best to answer any questions. Would definitely hire again in the future and recommend!

Carlos was asked to do a handful of tasks around the house and really knocked them out of the park. Showed up on time, and was a pleasure to have around. He was also very open to ideas and guided decision making with his past knowledge. Mike and Carlos worked well together and provided great service.

They were so easy to work with, made the appt, noted what i needed done, they reached out to review all. On the day of service my handyman was on time and prepared with all the right tools he needed to do the work I needed. Would def use them again!

Mr. Handyman is a great company that does quality work with an attention to detail. Will, the technician was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, thorough and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the project. I had some ceilings painted and walls repaired and painted. He took the time to prep the areas adequately and then got right to work. I'm looking forward to working with this company to tick off another project on my to do list.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Handyman. They charge a high fee of $88 just to visit your property, without providing any rough estimate for the work beforehand. After the visit, they sent me an astronomical quote of $900 for a simple job: fixing two doors back to their hinges. The doors were working fine and only needed screws and alignment adjustments. Essentially, I ended up paying $88 for nothing and received a ridiculously high estimate for what should have been a straightforward, affordable repair. I definitely would not recommend their services.

Will was fantastic! He was polite friendly and knew how to repair my wooden carving without leaving repair marks. Yes I would have him work for me again.

The office staff are courteous and responsive, which is very rare in Miami. The actual handymen are also courteous, arrive on time, and will start work early in the day, which is truly amazing for the Miami area! The handymen also clean up after themselves! Yay! My only suggestion is that if you want anything painted, you are very clear about what needs to be painted. I assumed when I said I wanted the kitchen painted, that everything in the kitchen would be painted, but apparently the door of the pantry which is in the kitchen was not included, which I found very odd. Also, I had a hallway, including the doorways painted, but only half the doorways are painted, the ones facing into the hallway, so now I have to paint the other sides of the doorways, facing into the bedrooms, and the pantry door which is in the kitchen, myself. To me, for the price I was paying, if I ask that the doorway be painted, I mean the entire doorway, not just one half the doorway, but that’s just me, I guess. So be very SPECIFIC and put it in the estimate beforehand.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Setting up the appointment was so easy and the communication was smooth. They send you a picture of your technician and let you know he’s on his way. Our technician showed up right on time, was cheerful, polite, and well prepared. He did a great job and left no mess. A refreshingly good experience!
