Today, my husband and I are very happy and satisfied with an amazing and great job of JASON the technician who did a lot of works in our property. We are very pleased with the job he did, replacing faucets, grab holder etc.. Jason is well detailed with his work, he explained everything what needs to be done! Quite meticulous and we like it. We find him diligent, polite and friendly. He cleaned everything after the work done! Excellent! Thank you Jason!

On the positive, very professional and very friendly people who are punctual and quite detailed. On the flip side, their pricing model of all in pricing without specifying what is allocated to labor or materials is not within the times in my perspective. I had 4 smaller jobs ending up to be over 7K. This just makes no sense to me in today's competitive landscape. Again helpful, friendly and professional and completely unreasonable pricing! hope that is helpful

Worst Handyman I have work with in the area. I approved their quote to repair multiple areas at my house. First I paid $90 to have them go out and take measurements of the repairs needed. After receiving the proposal, I approved the job and on the first day they came back to me because they were not able to properly measure one area and they were asking for an extra 2k due to their lack of knowledge to get this work completed. I cancelled the job because at this point I understood that this company was not capable to do the job and I asked them to only charge me for their time (about 6 hours of work ) and they charged me over $2,300 for an incomplete job. I had to reach out several time since it took them over a week to send the money back since they charge you for the whole work even before they get it started.

I was lucky to find an experienced Handyman that came with a much lower price and quality work. If you don’t want to get scammed. Stay away from this company.

Everything from the initial call to the appointment was great. Super communicative- explained everything before work was done and understood exactly what work we needed done. Very fast turn around time to have a handyman come out - Errol was awesome - he explained everything as he was doing the work, was prompt to the appointment and was able to get the work done quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Cabinet repair was done by Will. He is knowledgeable, his craftsmanship and communication and professionalism were excellent. I thought I was going to have to replace the custom made cabinet door and was happy to see the excellent job and repair he did so relieved that I have found a company that I can rely on. Mr. Handyman reached out and acknowledged that there had been a miscommunication regarding the original work. They apologized, and a couple of weeks later, they returned and fixed the faucets.

They did not charge me for the labor, which I believe was fair since the initial work was not done correctly and lasted less than two weeks.

While I appreciate Gautham’s effort and willingness to take responsibility and try to make things right, I’m still not completely satisfied with the overall final result for the amount of money paid. I was expecting better work, especially the shower caulking, but the faucets turned out very nice.

I hired Mr. Handyman to fix my faucet and apply caulking in some areas of my bathroom. The first handyman recommended metal plates for a long-lasting faucet repair, but the $3,141 quote only included silicone. I agreed, trusting their judgment.

Eric insisted silicone was the only solution for my type of faucet, saying he has 10 years of experience. Two weeks later, the faucet broke. When another handyman arrived to check, he confirmed that the metal plates were the proper, long-term fix.

When I told Eric I had no choice but to pay them to repair the faucet properly, he said I could hire someone else. Now I’m being charged an extra $417 for a problem they caused and never acknowledged.

Out of all the Home Depot’s this has the best Home Depot in knowledge at the plumbing isle with employee named Yeni . Weather your buying a filter , a faucet or looking for the answer to most complicated question. This lady Yeni is the best . She knows so much and it’s so helpful to every customer always with a great attitude. She can put contractors & Plummer’s to shame in her knowledge & wealth of information & willingness to provide great customer service. Her attitude & preparedness to multitask is exceptional. Always there to assist with a smile. She’s the reason I’m sure many keep coming back to Home Depot even if they have to over pay. Kudos to her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can’t say enough about this company. They bought the ac company I used so I signed up for ac and plumbing annual service. Today was the first plumbing inspection and Leo was on time and professional. He went through everything and explained the work. In Miami this company is it.

My neighbors and I were previously Flow-tech customers, and since the merging of the two, have been extremely satisfied with the smooth transition. Had the pleasure, the TRUE pleasure, of having Gabe as my technician during a very random middle of August in Miami A/C nightmare. He came next day, was polite, professional, and very very thorough with my many many questions. I’m curious, what can I say. Long story short, within an hour he had diagnosed, replaced the blown fuses, set everything up and the units were effectively communicating and most importantly, COOLING. Since I was acting on behalf of a neighbor who was out of town, afterwards, he came to my house and inspected my unit as my Trane is 25 years old, and is in the process of sending me an estimate. I cannot speak highly enough about Gabe, he was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

Sunny Bliss delivers top notch service, I highly recommend. Our A/C unit stopped working early this morning, which during the summer in Miami is a critical issue. I called Sunny Bliss at 7:30 am - someone answered immediately and put us on their schedule for today. The tech they sent us, Yasmany did a fantastic job! He was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue (a clogged drain pipe) quickly. I am grateful for the service received!
