Gabriel is outstanding. He explained The entire process. He repaired our unit immediately. He also explained how it works, and he also explained the maintenance plans. We of course, because of his knowledge of the plans, purchased the plan. We look forward to a long time and history of working with Gabriel and your company. Not only do he do an excellent job, but he came out on a Friday before a three day weekend. It is much appreciated.

Sunny bliss hvac technician came to repair my air conditioning system in my house in coconut grove. AC system is over 10 years. Other companies wanted to push to change it. Sunny bliss worked with me to do a repair it. It’s been working great. Professional and reliable service.

Gabriel was absolutely amazing! The Owner, Medi (sp?), has been nothing but patient, respectful and lovely to work with. I had a great deal of ambivalence switching over when Flowtech merged with SunnyBliss, but I could not be more delighted.

I found Sunny Bliss on a Google search. They came up as number one and I checked them with yelp and I checked customer recommendations and I took a chance of having them repair my air conditioner. Not only are they super professional in their customer service but their service technicians are top notch. I would recommend super Bliss for your air-conditioning repairs and maintenance. I also found out that they do plumbing part of their services. After my air conditioning repair, I signed up for their yearly maintenance package. You can’t go wrong by using Sunny Bliss.

First, I want to be clear this is not about Tommy who provided the service. He was excellent and I give him 5 stars. This is about the Company’s absolute wasting of my time. They scheduled me for an early morning start, then realized the tech they scheduled was someone I told them to never send again and finally had Tommy show up around2 pm only to say he needed to get parts and come back the next day. I had explicitly told them it was only to reconnect the drain of the sink in my kitchen. These parts should be readily available and not require 2 trips. The next day, first thing job started at 11 am because Tommy was stuck in a meeting. So in total, wasted a full day for a 30 minute repair. This is the second time my time was wasted and doubt I will use the company again. I also signed up for their “Maintenance plan” which is supposed to include a flushing of my hot water tank - never happened. When I asked each tech about it, they said “Oh yea, schedule that”. Think I’ve had enough……

Leo was awesome! And the company is awesome too! They reach out and coordinate with you like no Company I’ve ever worked with. And Leo is really special. Just such a nice guy. And so professional. He had my plumbing (leak) situation taken care of in less than two hours. And he had to go out to get a part as part of the process! Truly awesome service. Thank you, Leo!

Excellent service! The company was responsive and handled our issue with urgency. Our tech, Gary, was knowledgeable, professional and super nice. He diagnosed and fixed our kitchen drain and even went out for a part to fix another issue he noticed before it got worse and caused a bigger problem.

We had guests visiting over a weekend and toilets started backing up. Our usual plumbing company wasn’t open so after doing a search I called Sunny Bliss. A friendly gentleman answered and I received a confirmation text that a tech was scheduled. The tech texted when he was on way. Eddison did the best he could, but we needed to call someone to drain septic tank and check drain field. He was great! Answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

He was very thorough, professional, kept me updated, dealt with condo manager etc. and took his time to make sure all was in order. Very rare in Miami, one of kind. Don't hesitate to ask for him.

I have used Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air for about 10 years. Their HVAC installation was top notch, done with permits, and super professional. On the maintenance side, we recently had a service by Gabriel. Ahead of the visit we were provided communication letting us know he was on the way. He was extremely courteous upon arrival, always asking for permission to access areas, and even as simple as it sounds, whether he could place his iPad on our table, which was appreciated. Throughout the maintenance visit he provided very thorough communication about every step that he was doing. He successfully cleaned the unit and flushed the drain line and was efficient with his time. I highly recommend using Sunny Bliss Plumbing and Air for HVAC needs in Miami and Gabriel.

Sunny was very good when I asked for specific time to visit they called and confirmed that I would be able to get the service on time. Mr Ayala is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to recognize the issue quickly and take care of the problem while providing information to me on how to care for my HVAC system in the future. Mr Ayala is very punctal and I noticed that he cleaned up well afterwards. Most people just leave pieces of debris and are not careful with the surroundings. I'm really pleased with the results and service provided by this company and I would call upon them again if needed. Customer service is very important and the employee they sent out is awesome. So for me that's the right equation.

The experience was great. They were professionals and walk us through the process. The technician Noel was professional, explained in detail and took his time to complete the gas pipe line repair and did all double check of the job. We called Sunny Bliss to schedule a service appointment for replacing a Garbage Disposal and Shower Diverter two days before Christmas and were pleased to have a human answer the call a set an appointment for the day after Christmas. We were kept informed and reminded of appointment and on the day updates were provided timely so we knew when to expect the technician. Sunny Bliss conformed to all the insurance requirements for performing work in our building and were proactive in asking for relevant information. The Technician Gary W arrived as promised, assessed the work to be done and provided an estimate. With the go ahead to do the job, he went ahead, got the correct parts and completed both jobs professionally and flawlessly. Gary was respectful of the premises, was very polite and friendly and answered all questions in a straightforward manner. The cost seemed a bit on the higher side but given the timing around the holiday not unreasonable. Very glad to get the work completed in a timely manner on the same day. From the front office to plumbing supervisor to technician Gary 5 star service all round. Definitely the place that can do your work.

Leo Rivera was amazing. He called us and explained every step of the way since we live in NC. He was very courteous, respectful with my mom at the house. He worked meticulously, neatly and very professional. He was flexible with our schedule since the repair was more intricate than expected. Totally impressed with him as an expert in his field and as a conscientious human. We need more people like him!!!!

I first met the owner of Freezing Point when my A/C Repair company of 20 years could not come by to service my A/C. He not only fixed my problem, he diagnosed another problem that they had missed just a few weeks earlier. Here's the thing... He recommended I let them do the repair because it was under warranty and it would have been less expensive to let the other crew have the job. He saved me thousands of dollars.I don't know many companies that would forgo a shot at making a lot of money like that.

I admired the work ethic and the honesty so much I told him as soon as that job was over, he was my new A/C guy.

Recently I moved and I wanted to swap out my thermostats for something better. I called on Freezing Point. They were there the next day to do the work. It wasn't as easy as just installing it but they didnt' quit until the job was done and done right, all while honoring the original quote for the installation.

I don't usually review products or services, so if you're reading this take it to heart. Rafael Lamboy and Freezing Point are honest, hard working and very fairly priced. His team is professional, courteous and take pride in what they do.

Three weeks ago had leak repaired from handler which was handled in an prompt manner and priced well. Today i had minor issue of clogged filter that iced evap coils Rafael gave me phone advice and it was solved however he still sent his team to review my system to ensure correct operation. Will do my future business with them as they are professional efficient, timely and caring.
