First off I had a really bad night since my ac broke. I called this company and it was the best decision I made. I called at 9am and at 11am had the services rendered. The overall experience was fantastic . I knew when they were on the way because they use a bot that texts you to keep you informed of the arrival. The workers were punctual and very nice. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole procedure and explained all the processes. I highly recommend this company.

I would put 0 stars if possible. This company are absolutely awful. Rafael sent 4 technicians to my apartment over the course of 6 days. They replaced my compression valve with another faulty compression valve the first time they came. They turned up 1 hour late to both appointments they scheduled with me - with the technician walking through my door as if unaware that he was late. They then found an additional part, which took them 2 days, once finally replacing the additional part they told me that they were wrong and the compression valve was never the issue in the first place.

Not knowledgeable in their field and a severe lack of punctuality.

I have invested in Freezing Point‘s maintenance plan. They are the ones who remind me to set up my appointments and when I worry that there is an issue with the AC, I call and they show quickly. I called today at 2pm and they were inspecting and resolving it under 2 hours.

I live in New York and had an issue in my condo in Miami. All I have to say is that Raphael and the team were amazing. I saw understanding, compassion, urgency, professionalism and so on. Working with them was so easy and I had a detailed email about all the findings and repair that was done. They immediately made my anxiety disappear :-). Will definitely recommend and will continue to use their services.

I have used Freezing Point twice. I am so glad I found this company on Home Advisor. They are extremely professional, detailed, and thorough. Every person I have interacted with, I received the same level of quality service. I've used this company from time to time for three different properties in the Miami area.

Recently, the A/C was blowing lukewarm air intermittently, so I called them out. They said it was the motor, charging me $400 or so.

A few weeks later, the same issue occurred. They came out again to do work and replaced the Google Nest thermostat with a normal one and this time blamed it on the thermostat and the Nest. I thought this would be free, considering they JUST came out and obviously misdiagnosed the issue. Nevertheless, I was charged another $400.

Two days later, the same issue is occurring. No response. However, no response is probably for the better. A professional company would have reported on the first visit BEFORE DOING ANY WORK that the A/C was on its way out and should be replaced and that any repairs would be temporary fixes, rather than charging me multiple times for faulty guesswork. Buyer beware.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided. Despite paying $10,000 for the job, my air conditioning system was left broken. Additionally, I sought a second opinion to compare quotes, and it appears your service was subpar and overpriced.

I expect this issue to be rectified immediately. Please contact me to arrange for the necessary repairs at no additional cost.

I am going to involve the cops for a vandeism as it’s all recorded on the camera and will see you in court.

STAY AWAY!!!! Rafael, the owner, s either incompetent or a dishonest person. We hired them to tell us why the AC is blowing dust and they came and said we only needed to clean the vents. That didn’t fix the problem. When we called them out again they then said we needed to replace the entire ductwork ($9,000) and they would credit the amount ($800) we paid for the prior cleaning if we hired them to do the job. When asked why we weren’t told the ducts needed to be replaced before the cleaning Rafael started playing with his words and acting dumb. If the owner is incompetent or dishonest then the company is rotten from the top. DON’T TAKE THE CHANCE.

Professional, fair pricing, reliable, and fast. We have used Freezing Point for several years now and they have always been great. The technicians are friendly and personable. Rafael is honest, friendly, communicative and will always do his best to work with you and get a tech to your place as soon as possible. I highly recommend Freezing Point to anyone!!

Best experience I’ve had with an AC company. They were quick to get me scheduled. The technician was on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced my motor and had my AC back and running in no time. I will definitely be recommending Freezing Point to all my family and friends.

Leo did a GREAT job. Had my Coils cleaned and a new UV light installed. It's running like new and I won't have to worry about the condensation drain clogging up. Thank You!!!

Extremely responsive. Rafael’s guys came by last year to patch up an old system and it was a matter of time before I needed to replace the unit. I called Monday. and it was scheduled right away. The personnel was professional, Thorough very clean and attentive to details. Instruction on how to operate the unit were provided and settings in place. Good work by Jorge. Quoted $250 for replacing a capacitor, but instead the owner charged $295 to my card. When I called to let them know about the mistake, the owner denied what had happened. For $45 he lost a customer and his good name.

Great service every time we need them they show up very quick! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. From installing smart thermostats to system cleaning, highly recommend!

Raphael and his team at freezing point were better to me than the a/c guy who I was using for 20+ years. They took care of my issues right away and worked with me even though I don’t do much online. I appreciate their expertise and Leo the technician was very knowledgeable and polite. Raphael went above and beyond my expectations. I will be using their services in the future. 5 ⭐️’s .

I 100% recommend this team!!! Freezing point and Rafael I have been a go to for us and we have used them for several years. They are 100% honest, 100% responsive anytime we call and if they don’t get back to you right away they will! Actually even on vacation Rafael will answer my husband and help us out even if it’s just to say he will call us later. Freezing point helped us extend the life of the unit that we had as well as install a brand new unit when we were ready. They literally completed the entire process in 24 hours right when we needed it most. This is literally a super well run, efficient company. I highly recommend them not just for residential but also if you need a great air conditioning company to be on call to service vacation rentals and other things like that you can use this company and feel like you were not being ripped off, and you’re getting solid advice from a professional when you are possibly not on site. You can also trust them 100% with full access to your property!!! There are just so many good things that I could continue to write but I think you get the picture!!
