Great Service! They were able to come out same evening and assess the problem. I installed my unit in the past 3 years with another company. When the technician told me my motor was the issue, he already had my warranty information and took care of getting it from the manufacturer and fixed within 24 hours. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family!

They were ok. Sent some poor guy out by himself. I had to help him carry the units in and out. They were quick to respond at least.

Please be careful. I do not recommend, this is the worst service ever. And not because of the contractor, the guy did a good job. The problem is the owner. I paid within five minutes (I have all the proofs) and he absolutely went crazy and started harassing me with very nasty messages, which I will report. Also, he never gave his worker the tip that I left him. this is absolutely not acceptable. I paid twice for the same invoice and he’s pretending that he never received the first payment. So now I paid double and he will never give me the money back. Please do not hire them.

I would rate this company 5 out of 5 stars and will highly recommend them to others. Customer service was excellent; they arrived on time the same day we called, they thoroughly inspected the A/C unit and associated components , diagnosed the problem, resolved the issue , and expertly explained everything to us. Also, there was no charge for the initial inspection, diagnosis and estimate, which is not what other companies typically do.
Overall, a great experience!

Freezing Point installed our AC four years ago and has maintained it since. Each time they come out, they are professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and offer very fair rates. It’s always a pleasure to work with a company that you can trust.

Today, an AC technician named Christopher Grillo stopped by my house to clean the coil and perform a general inspection since my AC unit wasn’t working properly. I have to say, his work was amazing! My AC is now running perfectly. I called earlier, not expecting same-day service, especially on a Saturday, but Freezing Point AC went above and beyond to accommodate me. I truly appreciate their promptness and professionalism. Highly recommended! ++++++

Freezing Point, you try to contact these guys and they get back to you two days later then they charge you for a cleaning 500. I will never use this company again.

I feel like 5 stars is not enough for this business. They had a repair man, Jorge, within 30 minutes of my request. Jorge was the sweetest, my dogs even liked him. He knew right away what the issue was and it was fixed within an hour. The price was fair, the service was great, and the customer service was EXCELLENT! Freezing Point is coming back to clean my air vents in a few days. I’m seriously so impressed. I think I’ve probably written 3 reviews in my entire life, this being 1 of the 3. I felt that needed to take the 5-10 minutes out of my day to express my gratitude.

Two years ago, after my current AC company at that time, told me how I need new compresor, I reached out to the Freezing point for a second opinion. They came and told me how it is not compresor and they can fix the issue. They fix my AC and charge me $900. 30 min. after they left my AC stop working. They came back next morning saying how it is compresor, and if buy from them they are going to apply credit of $900. I didn't want to loose $900 and I agreed.
Two years after my AC stop working again. They came, said how they can fix it and charge me again $900. Two days after AC stopped working again. To no surprise, they told me after they came back for a second time, how my AC (7 years) is old and beyond repair. If I buy new untit from them they will apply $900.
Obviously, realizing how it is well played scam i said no and ask for my money back. At no time, any of their technicians didn't mention possibility of AC being beyond repair. It was brought to my attention after they took money and had to come back for a second time. They refused to give me my money back. With a message history as a proof of AC working for only two days, they were telling me it was working for a week after first repair. Also telling me how I have been told by their technicians that my AC unit is too old and can't be fixed. If that's the true, why would I pay $900 to fix something what can't be fixed. It make no sense.
Anyhow STAY AWAY FROM FREEZING POINT. I am sure there are a lot of people with the same experience as me.

This company is my life saver, The service is fast and very reasonable price. even came to my place earlier . unit is cleaned, freezone is refilled..unit is working fine like before.

Our AC has been down again.. only Air came out! Texted the company, the team showed up as the appointment, Found evaporator coil with multiple Freon leaks . Good news is this evaporator coil is under warranty. I only paid for labor and Freon.

They got the new part exchanged with Manufacturer very fast and professional.
