I have been using Arbor Professional Tree Care for many years. That should say something for itself! I’ve had the following services: Trimming mangroves, planting trees, fertilizing, pruning large oaks and other trees in prep for hurricane season, etc, etc. These are my guys, professional and efficient. Their Supervisor Bill is a joy to work with as well!

We’ve had Advanced Arbor complete 3 jobs ranging from small maintenance care trimming all the way to removing a very large decaying tree our property that was a big risk to our house ahead of hurricane season & I have nothing but high praises for this experienced team. Bill is easy to communicate & schedule with and is very knowledgeable. The crew always does an amazing & clean job when they have come to complete work orders for us. I will continue using & recommending Advanced Arbor!

Was very happy with the removal of a sick palm tree! Have the estimate one day, the tree removed the next! Had some concerns as the tree was next to the house, and had large plumerias around it, but the men did a great job!!! They were really nice about questions, did a wonderful job cleaning up the sight, and grinding the stump down and really made this an easy and reasonable project! Will gladly refer friends and family to them, and will use again! [I made the little dirt pile in the finished picture after they left!]

We had 4 trees removed, 3 Oaks and 1 Pine. I want to say Thank you so much, for the great quality of workmanship they provided. Grinding up the stumps, and leaving not even a twig behind.

Advanced Arbor are THE tree service to call for your needs. We found them last year after a major hurricane caused damage, and they were first in our list to call this year for a maintenance trim.

The whole team is world class - respectful, easy to work with, and they do such a great job cleaning up when they're done! Absolutely a pleasure to work with, accept nothing less than the best.

Met with Bill the Tree Guy, as I refer to him. Wanted his input on a live Oak that was flooded in the recent hurricane and appeared to be struggling to survive. He gave me some recommendations to help the tree.
While he was there I asked for an estimate to do some pruning on the other oaks and palms in the yard. The quote was fair. He recommended some additional pruning on the palms that they would include in the estimate. I think they wanted to leave a good impression, as it was very noticeable from the street. He was correct! Looks much better with the palms pruned.
Last night when we were coming home, my wife mentioned that the palms looked much better, and it was a big improvement.
The workers were very pleasant, and the site foreman, John, was a good idea. He actually came back on the next Sunday to finish a treatment that they forgot to do when they were here. Nice touch, I never would have known, as it was a ground treatment for an ailing oak.
Nice equipment, everything they needed to do a proper job. All clean when they left. My neighbor took the mulch, and was excited to receive it, mostly oak.
We have lots of trees so we will see this group again next year.

I am so impressed with the team that came today to cut to the ground the sugar maple tree that has been a constant dilemma to me. Also, the laurel oak and the live oak were also pruned/trimmed to not be a problem for a long time. The disposal and clean up of the cut pieces of the tree was superb and excellent. They even left my driveway and backyard immaculate.

John, Jodi and their team delivered the job 101%. The output that i saw when i came home ( unfortunately i couldnt call off from work and has to rely on my kids to do the videos and photos while the team were doing what they do great), totally and wholeheartedly left me speechless and impressed.

The work they did today was pure testament of their dedication and commitment to serve their customer the best possible way.

I have used this company for many jobs on my rental properties and have referred them to many others. Bill is excellent in the sales process and Always is Fair in his pricing. We had a fantastic experience with this company! Their team was friendly, professional, and incredibly creative. We had a very large dead tree in our yard that we used to hang hammock swings, and we were really sad about the idea of losing it. When they came out for the initial quote, they took the time to understand how we used the tree and offered a thoughtful solution.

As they removed the tree, they preserved the main trunk and select branches so we could continue hanging our swings safely. They even suggested turning it into a piece of “living” artwork by growing a vine around it and adding staghorns. We loved that they helped us keep the function and charm of the tree without the worry of it falling on our house during a storm.

Bill and the team at Advanced Arbor are fantastic to work with. I had two tree's and invasive overgrowth that needed to be removed and Bill clearly walked me through what needed to be done and how they could help. Advanced Arbor gave me a great price and what was even more impressive is they got all of it done in one day! When I bought my home five years ago, it came with a beautiful, mature 50+ year old laurel oak that shaded my entire yard. She was already at the end of her life, but we pruned her as long as we could…until she finally became a real hazard.

I reached out to several reputable tree companies, but the quotes I got were outrageous (I’m convinced they just didn’t want the job). Living in a historic district means nothing is straightforward: easements are tricky, powerlines are everywhere, and the backyard has no direct access - so yes, a massive crane was going to be required, along with a very experienced crew.

That’s when I found my heroes: ADVANCE ARBOR PROFESSIONAL CARE, LLC. Bill came highly recommended by a friend, and he personally came out right away to look at the oak. I told him I didn’t want the whole tree gone, just reduced down to the healthy bit - but even that was a huge job. Knowing I’d be out of town soon, he made sure to schedule the crew and crane so I could be present. He understood how important that was to me, especially after a past experience where another company left my yard looking like a hurricane had hit it.

This time, it couldn’t have been more different. By the time the crew was done, the street was so spotless you couldn’t find a leaf for a mile. Watching them work was truly something else. I’d never seen a professional tree company in action, and it was like watching a well-orchestrated movie.

Everyone played a part - swinging from the crane’s ball and chain, climbing the tree, grinding the stump, directing traffic (they even closed down the street), blowing and cleaning as they went. There were a dozen men busting their butts, each one working in sync with the others. I sound like a groupie lol

The lead guy, John, was calm, collected, and unbelievably skilled—directing everything over headsets with precision. The way he operated and coordinated the team was incredible to watch.

Hopefully the photos capture even a fraction of it, but these guys will forever be my tree crew. I’d recommend ADVANCE ARBOR over anyone else, 100 times out of 100.

Oh- also, they made sure any squires/bird nests were empty before they did anything. That was huge for me!

5 STAR all the way! John, the owner, is knowledgeable, certified Arborist, insured and licensed! He has a great team, punctual, on point, reasonably priced and exchanges extremely well with his service! His lead supervisor and foreman is excellent! The clean up was perfect!! Great team work! Fast. Friendly. The guys are super cute. Great service. Affordable. I received a quote 3 weeks ago for gutters and the estimate was $2900! These guys were honest about my TRUE need and I paid less than $500 for gorgeous new gutters.

Rubin arrived on time to take a look at a number of gutters that needed to be aligned and nailed back. He also took care of two drain pipes that were not properly connected to the gutters. After completing a careful look at all that needed to be repaired we were quoted a most reasonable price. When completed Rubin cleaned out all the gutters along our home.

I could not be more pleased with his work. This family business is to be commended for fair pricing and skilled workmanship. I asked Rubin to place us on Smart Gutters customer call list for next fall when the leaves that fall from trees around the home will require another gutter and leader cleaning. Honest people!!

Ruben not only cleaned my gutters and checked my roof for any missing tiles, he also trimmed palms touching the roof and screening. Totally professional, great job, a pleasure to do business with!!! And I will continue to do so in the future!

Great job from beginning to the end! Tony had one of his techs come out to check out the job and provided me with an estimate. Reasonable rates so I moved forward with the job. Again, the tech showed up as planed, and completed the job. I couldn't be happier with the results and the professionalism this company brings to the table.
