We are so impressed with Advanced Arbor Tree Care! John and his crew did an impeccable job cutting down our huge Bismarck palm and having it craned over the house. They are, by far, the most professional, punctual,and fastidious company that we have done business with. They left our property cleaner than it had been before they came. We highly recommend them.

We had three oak trees thinned out and we are very pleased with the result. John was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable. The guys cleaned uoy yard, driveway and porch. Very pleased ! Jody ( the office manager ) was also so nice to work with!

I was referred to John and Jody by another company that had great reviews but was overbooked. I needed 3 trees removed from a vacant lot where I'll be building a house. I'm a builder / developer so it's not like this is the first tree removal company I've dealt with.
From my very first conversation with John, I got an impression of knowledgeable professionalism. While on another job, John went and looked at my property during his break and within 90 minutes of my first conversation he gave me the best quote I had gotten for that job.
Then the city wanted to charge me $ 3,550 in mitigation fees for removing those 3 trees. Two of them were clearly not healthy so John contacted a certified arborist he has a relationship with that inspected the trees, wrote up a letter about their condition to the city and this saved me $ 2,000 in mitigation fees on that job. Not only that, John paid for the arborist letter out of his own pocket out of what was already an unbeatable quote. This is how long term relationships are built.
The crew was on site literally the day after the tree permit was granted and they completed this extensive job by noon the next day. They left the site picture perfect clean. I honestly couldn't recommend this company more, I'm extremely satisfied about the way they run their business every step of the way from the very first contact to completion of the job. Highly recommended and I will most definitely be a repeat customer on any tree removal or (preferably) pruning and maintenance going forward.
