Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and I strongly caution others to avoid using their services. I chose this business because it appeared as a “Google endorsed” provider with high ratings, which gave me confidence in their legitimacy. Sadly, that trust was misplaced, this operation appears to be misrepresenting itself and feels like a complete scam.

When scheduling my couch cleaning, I was quoted a lower price after negotiating based on competitor rates. However, on the day of service, the technician arrived with minimal equipment, only a small pest-control-style mister and what looked like a car buffer, nothing resembling professional upholstery cleaning tools such as a steamer or extraction machine. He spent less than 45 minutes “cleaning” a large sectional with three cushions and three oversized pillows. I had to prompt him to flip the cushions, and if I hadn’t supervised closely, even that would have been skipped.

The technician assured me that results would appear after several days and a few vacuum sessions, an obvious excuse, as my couch looked exactly the same afterward. To make matters worse, the final charge was higher than the quoted amount, and an undisclosed credit card fee was added without prior notice.

I feel completely deceived and out several hundred dollars. Please save yourself the frustration and money, choose a reputable company that provides transparent pricing and professional cleaning equipment.

Mark was very pleasant on the phone and in person. Knowledgeable, efficient, careful, tidy and PUNCTUAL are words I would use to describe him. No strong chemical smells, which I’m especially sensitive to, remained and the chairs were completely dry by the next morning. I also thought the price was very reasonable and even included a stain resistant finishing step. I’d grade the experience A+, will use again and proudly recommend.

OK, just WOW!! today I had quality care, carpet cleaner come and clean the carpets in my rental! The service was amazing. The owner of the company was the one who did the job for me and he was so friendly and professional. He explained to me everything he was doing and my carpets I cannot say enough I have three dogs and a cat and you know what those guys can do to the carpet. When he left the room smelled so good and I would definitely use them again. The price was spot on and it was cheaper than any other company I have used since I’ve been in Florida! I would highly highly highly recommend this company to anybody that needs a amazing carpet cleaning. They also work on tile and everything that has to do with the floor I’m assuming so if you need somebody give these guys a call, you will not be disappointed!

All I can say is wow! Doll Brothers by quality carpet plus came out to clean my carpets in two rooms in the rental. I was renting. Now people listen up I have three dogs and a cat and you know what cats can do to carpet! Yeah, oh yucky yucky! The owner of the company was the gentleman that did the service on my carpets and he was beyond professional! He was friendly, and he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it and why he was doing it. I truly appreciated that quality of service. The price was spot on, and in fact, I think it was the cheapest I have ever paid for carpet cleaning since I came to Florida. And this carpet cleaning is by far. The best I have ever received. I don’t think my landlord will even be able to detect that I had animals in this house. I cannot express how truly happy I am with the service I received from this company. If you’re in need of a carpet cleaning company or even anything that has to do with flooring I think they do tile as well. I would highly highly highly recommend. These guys are THE REAL DEAL. We had such bad staining on our sectional and area rugs from our pups and some urine stains from when we were training, they got the smell out and everything looks brand spanking new. I have tried so many other companies and they all pale in comparison to the job these guys do. Highly recommended. I’d never use anyone else now that I’ve found this gem of a place. Steve and Jesse did a great job. Told us what they planned to do and when they finished our older couch, loveseat and recliner looked like new. Great company to deal with and highly recommend them.

First time I used Doll Brothers Quality Care Plus. I called them to clean the fabric on my Ethan Allen recliner which is 15 years old. I had it cleaned within the past two years, but it was starting to look dirty and worn. The fabric wasn’t anywhere near bad enough to have the recliner reupholstered which would’ve cost me over $1000, so I decided that giving it a good professional cleaning may restore it so I can get a few more years out of it.

The company was able to come out on the same day even though I was not in any rush. Xavier, the technician that worked on the recliner, was very pleasant and professional, and did an excellent job. He spent a good amount of time on the fabric, removing the dirt and grime and then giving it a good once over to bring the fabric as much back to life as possible before he scotch-guarded it for extra protection.

I’m waiting for it to dry fully to get the full effect of the cleaning but I’m very pleased thus far.

Just had Quality care here for carpet cleaning and they were amazing! Super professional and friendly. Very thorough in explaining the process and products used. Carpets came out wonderful and look so much brighter. We will for sure be using them again and referring to others.

Wow-wow-wow! I can't even find the words to describe the amazing job Jason/TruClean did on my wool area rug! Jason was honest right up front that he couldn't guarantee that the set in yellowing from cat vomit stains I had tried to remove would come out but I took the chance anyway and I am so glad I did!! My $1400 rug was saved! He managed to get out the majority of the the "baked in" yellowing (the rug sat rolled up in my garage over 2 Florida summers!) and the rug looks almost like new. Go with TruClean - you won't be disappointed! Thank you Jason and crew!!!

After purchasing and laying tile in my kitchen and dining room, I decided I wanted it shiny and bright so I waxed and waxed for ten years. After purchasing new furniture this week, we decided to have the carpet and tile cleaned. Never did I realize how much was there until they started cleaning. Omg, the guys got here on their scheduled time, very friendly and went straight to work. My floors are Beautiful, clean and the carpet smells great and dried quickly. They left me no mess to clean up. They are in my contact list from now on.

I honestly never write reviews but with my first interaction with Chris setting up the estimate at my home to Ben following through on the cleaning. I am fairly certain, even if they didn’t do a good job, I would still have given 5 stars. Extremely friendly, outgoing, and made the experience great. Oh - and the tiles and grout lines are whiter than when they were first installed I’m pretty sure.

TruClean is, by far, the most professional flooring and upholstery cleaner that I have dealt with as a home owner. Their entire business model is top notch, from the ease of scheduling, to the friendly and professional staff and the care they took to make sure my carpets and upholstery were thoroughly cleaned. I have children, pets and a husband (😜) and when TruClean left my carpets and family room furniture looked and smelled brand new. TruClean does much more than just carpet and upholstery cleaning. I am looking forward to using their services in the future.

I could not be more pleased with TruClean! I called to get a estimate on cleaning my tile and grout, to prepare to have new carpet laid in our house. When the owner of TruClean, Chris, came and gave me an estimate, he said he could get my filthy carpet cleaned too! I said I've got to see this!! Well Chris and his team Westin and Alex came in and worked there magic! I could not be more pleased with their sparkling results!! All three of them are so kind, pleasant and hard working.
