Fabulous Job!!! First time using them and we were so pleased. I needed my mother’s carpets cleaned for a family function and they were fast and professional. Benjamin also suggested we clean the tile and that he could do it that day, and it all came so clean. It was remarkable how clean and bright the tile and carpets came out. I can not say enough about Ben and his helper, but that I will definitely use them in the future, for any of my cleaning needs.

TruClean was absolutely great from start to finish! Chris and his team were very professional, personable and courteous. They did a wonderful job on all carpets and rugs, they even got a grease stain out of the couch at no extra charge! I would highly recommend them to anyone, great service and fantastic company! I dealt most directly with Ben who did a great job communicating with me. Customer service was spot on. And the rug looks brand new. The pet odor is completely gone and to be honest I forgot part of the carpet had a blue streak because it looked more green the past cpl years haha. Thanks guys great job, we will have to have you come do our carpets soon.

Second time using TruClean...using them again because Benjamin did an excellent job cleaning the tile in our condo; this time had him return to clean some of our upholstered furniture after our move in.

Extremely professional and great customer service. They use the most advanced products and equipment. Our carpets were cleaned prior by another company, and they most definitely didn’t use the same equipment and treatment as TruClean. Carpets smell and feel awesome. TruClean - professional & friendly service. They will even pick up and bring back your area rugs to be cleaned. 2 day - 2 week turnaround time. I have two 80 lb dogs that got into chocolate and TruClean made my large area rugs look new! I love this company. If you need cleaning, call them!

These guys are the best! I thought one rug was beyond hope (a wool/silk mix) but they restored it to like new. All 5 rugs look incredible. Plus, they were very flexible on pick-up & delivery dates. Highly recommend!

I selected carpet cleaning, but they came out and did an amazing job cleaning and disinfecting the tile that was installed in my house. With any new tile that gets installed there’s a lot of dust and debris.

Everyone was great! From the time I scheduled the estimate to the end of the job, this company was very friendly and professional. Westin was thorough and did an amazing job with my tile grout and carpets. We just bought a house with tile in most of the rooms, and I thought the grout was a dark color - it was actually light! My tile and grout look brand new. Thank you for making this process easy. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is the second time we used TruClean in our home. The first visit was amazing and we had just about our entire house completed. This second time, I have one complaint. We had our living room and 1 bedroom done and 8.5 hrs later the carpets are still not dry. We had the windows open and fans on all day. The previous service the carpets dried within a couple hours. Not sure the difference but I suppose our dogs will be sleeping on wet carpet tonight.

UPDATE: Chris, the owner, contacted me right away with my concerns and was willing to send someone the very next day which was Thanksgiving might I add to fix the problem. It was too hectic of a day for me so on Friday he sent another tech out and he did a fantastic job. Since the carpets were so wet for so long it began to smell. The tech came at no charge and rectified the situation. I had to change the previous review from 4 to 5 stars for the outstanding customer service! See you again in 6 months!

Highly recommend this company. I needed to get my tile and carpet cleaned right away to prepare my house for listing for sale. Called on a Friday, estimate was provided on Saturday, and the job was done on Monday. Not only did they understand the urgency, but my tile was restored to look like new again. I can’t believe how beautiful my house looks. They also did an amazing job on the carpet. Very affordable and professional as well.

Service Technician/Specialist Michael provided excellent customer service and brought wall-to-wall carpet that had not been tended to in years back to life and looking new. The cost was reasonable and the job was done in less than two hours. “Hands on” Company owner, Chris also provided tremendous customer service and thoroughly explained his service to me. He was on top of the job from start to finish. I highly recommend this service. No need to call anyone else.

My experience with TruClean has been amazing! We have only lived in our house for two years, but because of the grooves in our tile, I feel like I can never get them fully clean - even with my steam mop. Ben and Will came out and made my tile look brand new again, cleaned up the carpets in our bedrooms and even worked on my couch to remove the pilling. I am truly so happy I went with TruClean and will definitely be using them in the future!

We hired TruClean to clean our ceramic tiles in a previous rental property that we are now renovating. We had expected them to tell us the tiles were not recoverable, but they came out to give us a quote and cleaned a tile with amazing results.

They did a fantastic job and we are able to keep the floor which definitely helps the reno budget! The work was done quickly which we really appreciated.  We would highly recommend TruClean if you are looking to have your ceramic floors cleaned. We would definitely use them again if needed.

TruClean cleaned the grout and tile in 1300 sq foot of our home. They did a great job and the grout and tile look like new. The estimate and scheduling process was quick and efficient and their pricing was very reasonable. They moved and replaced all of our furniture. They stand behind their work, communicate well and I highly recommend this company.

Took my area rug to Tru Spa for cleaning. Teresa was great to work with. Let me know the time frame it would be done. And it was done on time. Very professional and friendly with the whole process. Professional, responsive, good value. Had 3 area rugs cleaned. Dropped off to their shop and picked up when complete. Not many service places in the area that perform drop off and pick up with the quality of cleaning service TruClean provides at a competitive cost. Jason is very knowledgeable and responsive!

I took in a 7X9 foot handmade needlepoint rug to be cleaned. When they cleaned it, they tore a large hole in it. They said that the rug had been fine after cleaning but that it came out of their centrifuge machine with the hole in it. They apologized and said it was an accident, but the owner was only willing to refund what I had paid for the cleaning and have his repair person, who said she could not actually repair the hole but could only sew it closed to sew it closed. I argued with him, and it got ugly. He finally agreed to give me about $550 on top of the refund for cleaning the rug. As his repair person was going to charge him $360 just to sew the hole closed, I'm certain that the sum he gave me will fall far short of paying for an actual repair. When I asked them to deliver my now damaged rug instead of requiring me to come get it, the owner asked me if I wanted it gift wrapped and with a box of chocolates. Yes, he said that. I was stunned. He was angry that I had insisted on him giving me something to buy a cheap Wayfare rug to replace my beautiful rug, and actually said several times that my rug wasn't even a new rug. Apparently he knows nothing about rugs and appreciation over time. In any case, if you have a rug that you don't care about, they are nice until there's a problem, so go ahead. But if you have a fine rug, a handmade rug, a rug that you care about, either make sure it is well insured against such damages or take it somewhere else.
