Had a bad experience with Alex from purchasing at this location. While I was loading materials in the parking lot, my firearm became visible. Instead of approaching me discreetly to inform me of the store policy, he chose to yell across the parking lot, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
I always try to be respectful, and I understand businesses have their own policies—but situations like this should be handled with more professionalism and discretion. It’s unfortunate because there are other employees here who are helpful and great to deal with, but one interaction like this can really change your overall experience.
Because of this, I won’t be returning to this location.
