Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism from Garland and his crew. Had all my ducts removed and replaced and the difference in air flow is incredible. Garland is incredibly knowledgeable and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a great price.

Northern Air Inc. is a great company with a fantastic reputation. At one point during the recent installation of external (Carrier compressor) and internal (air handling unit) systems I had the whole family at my home pitching in to ensure everything was going as planned. I noted excellent attention to details skills as I monitored their progress. Their follow-up after the installation was outstanding as well (i.e., ensuring I had proper vents, filters, etc.). Great job Northern Air, Inc family!

I've had Northern Air service several units on my own properties and projects I've worked on. They have been very professional and their technicians are very knowledgeable and know how to diagnose the units to get them running again. Most importantly they have shown up when they said they would. I would recommend them and plan on using them again.

Garlan put a new air handler in garage.5 months ago.been leaking since since the day i paid him..total garbage installation..having some one repair today..after inspection fiund that they never finished taping duct board to top of handler all the wau around it..have pucs to verify...WOW...

I was invited to observe Northern Air perform service at my daughter and son in laws home, because I retired after working in HVAC for over fifty years. I was impressed with the attention to detail that I observed while they coaxed additional cooling out of the original A/C unit for this house. When it was time to replace the unit, Northern Air again preformed excellently. They produced a quality installation that is providing more cooling, more economically then the original unit.

Northern Air has been my AC service provider for 20 years. They have always been responsive to my requests for service. They fix the problem the first time. Last week I called them at 4:00AM. They called me back soon after that and had Ryan come out by 10:00AM. It took him just a few minutes to trouble shoot and fix the problem! I was very happy about that!

A few years ago When I needed to replace the two A/C units, Nothern Air sold me “top-of-the-line” Bryant unit for less than the competition. They have always been a reliable partner that helps me ensure our home is comfortable.

TL;DR: Called them to replace compressor, they replaced it, and the new compressor broke again within 3 days, they are refusing the refund my money or repair the AC free of charge.

I had a compressor on my AC short circuited and called Northern Air. They have replaced it, however the new compressor broke within 3 days. The unit was making very loud noises right before it broke, so it seems like some freon related issue.

I've called them back to fix it, and they are supposed to have a 30 days Labor guarantee, however, they are claiming that they are not going to honor it and want me to pay again to replace the compressor ones again. They are arguing that the compressor is not their fault and is due to voltage issues in my house. They even advised me to call Duke energy and get my refund from them, LOL!

I think they messed up and now trying to shift the blame and firmly denying to reimburse me.

Also, they have overcharged me by 1 hour. My camera clearly shows that they've spent a bit less than 2.5 hours at my property, but they have charged me 3.5 hours.

So, please beware!

Northern Air sets the bar for AC work in Pinellas County, whether it's AC repair work or new AC installation. My family has been using them for the past 20 years and they have never let us down (we wouldn't have continued using them otherwise).

Most recently had a whole new setup installed in our home, AC and ductwork. The results were better than I imagined, our new setup is 60-70% more efficient than our prior setup. Plus, we got a cool smart thermostat!

Outstanding people and outstanding service, look no further if you're looking for AC work.

We trust our Bryant HVAC system to Northern Air and have always been thrilled with the decision. Today we needed routine maintenance and also we asked for our new smart thermostat to be installed. Ryan & Nate arrived on time and efficiently & effectively checked our two HVAC units and installed the thermostat. We highly recommend Northern Air, and in particular Ryan, a very skilled technician. I trust this team. I had another company tell me my non-functional AC needed a whole replacement, $10k project. Northern Air came out an in a half hour found a faulty component, their repair cost me like $200 and my AC has been blowing cold and flawlessly for yesrs ever since. I have thwm come once a year to inspect/make sure everything looks normal. Don't gamble on other shops that might lie and rake you over the coals. These guys are solid.

my mother inlaw was all stressed out about her ac problems, she was told she needed new, northern came in and within a couple of hours it was serviced and up and running, thank you for taking your time with her and making her feel at ease, all for a fair price, thanks again from mrs h gibson

Northern Air was Awesome! Family Business! Bonnie in the office, so nice and polite, a pleasure to talk to! Her Husband Garland was Dynamite! Very very knowledgeable about my Air conditioner Install! Answered All my Questions! He was very confident about Everything! And I did my Homework on price and unit, I got 5 Estimates, other companies wanted to charge me More! and Sell me a little undersized machine ( unit) , Garland brought me what I wanted at a very reasonable price! I would Highly Recommend Northern Air! and Will use them for All my A/c Needs! And You should to! My Home is nice and Cool Now! Thank You Northern Air!

As a former Quality Manager with 2 large manufacturing companies, I know what quality service is. Ryan, Sean and Brandon analyzed my problem and returned the next day and fixed it.
Not only did they fix the problem but their attention to detail was excellent.

We wanted a mini split for our master to make it extra cold at night for sleeping without having to blast our central unit.

I really liked James Renfroe, he came out after hours to check on my AC because none else would. After coming out we decided I needed a nice AC and he held the price for me for a few days before I made my decision. He even worked with me on the price, all around great guy. The two men that came out did a fast, quick and quite job, I have no problems with them. Where it kind of fall apart is with the office, they never send me any of the paperwork for my unit that I need to file a rebate with my electric company. Even after calling them and asking for this information many times. If you are reading this please send me this information, I'll love to give you 5 stars.

He was in and out of my home for a compressor repair in about a half an hour time this is a great company. I Loved how extremely personable and knowledgeable the technician was and the services provided were so quick that I went ahead and purchased a yearly membership.
