I’ve had nothing but issues with this new AC that cost me over $14,000! absolutely ridiculous! they’ve spent 4 days at my house trying to install/fix things and I STILL don’t have a working air conditioner. There is absolutely no reason for this

We had our ac units replaced with mason air. James managed the whole project and Francis and Jonathan were so polite and cared about getting everything right.
Great communication, explanations, and the best thing is that the customer service team and service techs all communicated so everyone was on the same page.
Great work- I can't highly recommend more. Get your ac fixed or replaced with them! You wont be sorry you called them.
We have 2 Daikin 2.5 ton units that are so quiet and efficient.

Joshua. Justin and Daniel were the techs I've seen and they were absolutely AWESOME! Joshua even checked on the A/C on Labor Day! Justin and Daniel installed a brand new unit the day after and we're very professional as well as kind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their service!! VERY satisfied customer!

Not the company it once was. I have been chasing them for over a month for a credit on a part they made me pay for that was under warranty. Im very disappointed with this service call from the very beginning. They missed multiple appointments, no communication and over charging

Joshua is very professional and well informed. He made the process of inspecting my AC a very comfortable experience for me. I had had another inspection done earlier by a service person recommended by neighbors. While I was satisfied, Joshua came across as so much more professional. Plus he was able to offer me a senior citizen discount which the other company had not. And, the final price for replacement of my AC unit, which I had already summarized would be needed, was in fact less that the previous quote. Highly recommend Mason AC.

Mason Air Conditioning and Heat was recently used as a vendor to fix an AC issue in a home I am renting. Jon and Luca were the gentleman assigned to my case. Throughout the SEVERAL hours they were working in my home they were completely respectful of my space and personal belongings. Jon and Luca were an amazing team together, especially considering the difficult circumstances of crawling through a very tight ceiling space in the heat of a Florida August. They worked together very efficiently and didn’t quit until the job was done - well into the evening. I especially appreciated that they did their best to clean up any mess left. I certainly highly
recommend Mason Air Conditioning and Heat.

This company is hands down great. My husband and I before going with them got 2 other quotes from different companies that were outrageous. We always get at least 3 quotes before we make big purchases. Not only were they affordable but they truly cared. I have to mention James the person who truly showed me he cared about my family. He said we will help you through this. He offered various financing options and explained everything and was patient with me and my husband. Not only did he care the men that came out to replace the A/C unit downstairs went above and beyond respected our house and just were amazing. I am truly grateful we found them. If anyone is looking for a great company for HVAC in this Florida heat call them. We decided to go with them and the next day they were out replacing our unit. I’m loving the temperature in our house now. Thank you all for everything.

We lost our A/C the evening before Labor Day and after calling the people who installed our unit and getting voicemail, we called Mason next. Josh showed up a little bit later, had us back up and running within 45 minutes and really saved the day. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan and Francis came out to install our new AC. Never have I seen professionalism in every form, very happy with Mason Air and the install team. Couldn’t recommend them more and ask specifically for Ryan and Francis.

Zac and Bobby arrived early! (Loved it) And were very friendly and professional. They also were very helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to sync with my phone. I definitely plan on using Mason Air Conditioning and Heat for all my service calls! Brad was also very great, he followed up with me and helped match my estimate from another company.

I finally a more cost-effective HVAC provider. Their estimates are competitive, and I recommend obtaining a quote from them. This resulted in significant cost saving for me. Furthermore, they offer a comprehensive maintenance service that includes electrical and plumbing inspections. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable.

One persistent problem was a room consistently warmer than the rest of the house, despite multiple opinions stating it couldn't be rectified. However, Mason Air proved otherwise. They not only enlarged the supply running to that room but also adjusted the boot, resulting in uniform temperatures throughout my home.
