Ryan is an incredibly knowledgeable technician who took the time to thoroughly explain the problems with my HVAC system in a way that made perfect sense to me — no confusing technical jargon, just clear, straightforward information.

He not only diagnosed the issues accurately but also fixed them efficiently and professionally. I felt completely confident in his work and appreciated how he made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.

Great experience with our AC technician, Matt Kenoyer! He was very thorough and explained everything clearly using pictures and videos, which made it easy to understand the condition of both our units. He also went above and beyond by scheduling a next-day visit to fix an issue with our new system under warranty. Highly recommend!

Jose was fantastic. My husband is deployed and a major issue arose with our a/c units causing damage. Jose made sure to take photos and videos of everything he looked at. He walked me through what he was checking, why he was checking it, the purpose of it, and everything he found. He made for sure I understood everything and walked me through every option available to us. I am thankful to Jose and Veteran Air for taking good care of us and highly recommend them.

Shawn is an absolute rockstar!
Had a head scratcher of an issue where the builder (80’s) just made stuff up. We couldn’t figure out where the issue was, but Shawn had some ideas. Started working through them. Got power back. Updated the wiring. Just a great human and electrician. Will most definitely give him a call in the future for any and all electrical needs.

Jose Marrero was great! He explained the entire process and what the issue was with my air conditioner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and looked out for any discounts he could offer!

Damein and Colin were very professional. They explained everything that needed to be fixed and/or replaced.

During my maintenance checks, the A/C guys Chris and Ryan did a wonderful job checking over the system and providing me with an estimate for some minor work. They went ahead with the work and were done quickly. Brandon did a great job with my plumbing maintenance. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Anelson did my electric and he was super friendly and worked until late to put in a surge protector for my A/C. Overall I’m very happy with the work done.
