Our washer wasn't draining properly. We have a home warranty, so they sent out a technician from Bay to Bay. Service was excellent. Mike was thorough and highly competent and fixed our issue the same day. I was stressed since school was about to start and my washer wouldn't drain, but now I am very thankful! I would definitely recommend and I will request this company if any of my other appliances give me issues. Thank you!

Tom arrived on time. Explained the issue I was having. Did the thorough checkup. Could detect no issuse. Started a load with incident.

This company is horrible, came out “diagnosed” two appliances in 13 minutes, and told my home warranty the washer was missing parts, a good company sears came out actually opened my appliances to find it was broken and fixed it the same day, I have video proof that he was there 13 minutes, the dishwasher he started for 3 minutes and gave a false diagnosis as well. If you want your appliances fixed do not go here!!!

Bay to Bay made everything for my service request super easy from start to finish and were extremely efficient at every stage! My technician was Mike and I also interacted with his manager Steve when Mike's phone couldn't put a call through to mine to tell me he was close by on day of service. Once Mike arrived he diagnosed all the issues with my washer and dryer quickly and with superb attention to detail. He also performed multiple safety checks on control boards, sensors, etc. to make sure nothing else was amiss. It wasn't even an hour from the time of his arrival before I was fully back up and running with my dryer--a single plastic switch that had finally worn out caused all three issues and was easily replaced--and could finally get my washer to fill properly on the hot cycle after initially trying to run a cleaning cycle a few weeks ago and the valve not functioning properly for the hot line. Mike also did a superb job explaining how my ticket will remain open for the next 30 days and that any further repairs I need on these machines will be covered under that same $125 service fee I already paid to American Home Shield under my warranty policy. A+ experience all around. I'd love to work with Bay to Bay any time I can for future appliance repairs!

Tom was very professional and explained how I should properly use the washing machine. He also stayed until the end to make sure the washing machine was working correctly, waiting for the entire wash cycle to finish.
