Pete came right out and was prompt with a quote to have an oak removed over house. Team that came out was great; Very quick, clean and safe! Also, a very knowledgeable and helpful arborist was part of the team.

Crew knows exactly what they're doing. Manager on site kept everything flowing. They cut down trees, grinded stumps, did some trimming, and cleaned up the entire mess in under 3 hours. Worth it. Satisfied customer. 👍

Wednesday I called to get a quote on trimming 2 tall elm trees Peter came right out that day to check things out and give a quote. He said he would probably work out a quote that same afternoon. I really did not expect it so quickly and I didn't get one which was ok But by the next day Thursday just before 2 pm I text Peter just to make sure he was still working on a quote, he responded with "Yes ma'am! I am in a work class but I sent the quote to my boss for review and he would check on it." Here it is Tuesday of the next week and I still haven't heard anything. There was a challenge of not being able to get big equipment in the back yard but he had said he would work something out. since he said he sent it to his boss I assume he came up with a solution and quote. But I wouldn't know I haven't heard a word and tomorrow is a week since he first came to my house for a quote. If they decided this job was not something they could do it would have been nice to let me know and not just leave me hanging. I give one star and that's for his coming out the same day I called.
After posting this I did receive a voicemail from Adam (maybe a coincidence?) he let me know one tree has branches too close to pole to pole power line and Teco would need to trim them before anything could be done with the tree. Now I know. I text him and thanked him for finally getting back to me

I was not trying to rush the work. Safety is ALWAYS number 1.
I was waiting on a quote and couldn't understand why I wasn't getting the quote I was told I would get. Had I received a quote then I could decide whether to proceed. So from the voice mail Adam left I assumed the problem with the limbs on the one tree is why they didn't want to give me a quote ? and as I stated earlier Peter and I spoke only of the one tree at the pole to house line and having to get Teco to de energize that line to work on that tree. I didn't know there was an issue with the other tree too close to the pole to pole line until Adam left me a voice mail explaining but non the less I didn't get a quote. The quote was what I had been waiting on.
