Constraction reviews in Plantation, Florida

We are beyond 'completely satisfied' with Our experience with
AG. Especially when some unexpected issues arose during the remodeling of Our Home - Megan held Our hand, Mike, Gustavo, Lazaro, Jesus & all of the Team made us feel like family. Quality and professionalism is outstanding. We are truly enjoying Our old/'New Home'.

We are very happy with our new patio!!! The contractor (Gustavo, Yesire, Michael) was very professional from start to finish. They addressed all questions and concerns throughout permitting and construction process. We will definitely use them again for any future projects!

excellent staff, excellent work. Showed up on time, always cleaned up after themselves. very happy with the cabinets, installation and service. highly recommend them for your kitchen needs. We used them for a kitchen retro, and they were very accommodating able to have the necessary work around and change orders as the project began. change orders were very reasonable considering we weren't expecting the issue that was discovered in the

Great work , they all did a great job, Michael, Yesmire, Richard, Angel , took care of everything, couldn’t have went smoother, will definitely use AG & construction in the future. My New driveway looks great!!!

After hearing many contractor horror stories in South Florida, I compared more than 10 companies before making my decision. I chose AG because their contract was clear and detailed — my lawyer reviewed it and confirmed it was well written and protective.

What really stood out:
• Clear, detailed contract with payment structured until each inspection passes
• Reasonable pricing compared to others
• Clearly defined scope of work
• Strong Reference
• Proper license and insurance documentation

My lawyer specifically advised me to verify license and insurance. Out of all the contractors I contacted, AG was the only company that immediately provided complete and clear license and insurance documents without hesitation. That gave me a lot of confidence.

During construction, their team was always polite, positive, fun, and professional. They showed up on time with a great attitude and fun every day. I enjoyed to talk to them. I even bought them snacks and drinks because they worked so hard — I will honestly miss them.

Another big advantage is that they have a real office handling permits and paperwork. You can always reach someone — they don’t disappear or “ghost” you. They strictly follow city permit requirements, schedule inspections properly, and keep everything compliant. You don’t have to worry about that part.

Gustavo was always available to answer questions and make sure everything was done correctly. If you don’t like something during construction, he will make sure he change if possible.

I’ve already recommended AG to three people — two have hired them, and one is waiting for a quote.

What they have done for me
1. Created a new bathroom ( never existed)
2. Install new lighting system and light for
entire house (never existed)
3. Extended my driveway ( never existed)
4. Kitchen island remove and kitchen small
work and whole house painted

If you are looking for a licensed, insured, responsible, and transparent contractor in South Florida, I strongly recommend AG.

Finally, thank you Geser, Yesire, Gustavo, Mike, Angel and all team members. You are so awesome.

Excellent service and very good prices

What we expected and what we paid for didn't meet my wife and I expectations we will not be using them again. #FeelRippedOff

Terrible attitude. I called to ask a question about their services and they hung up on in my face. I called back several time and they didn't pick up the phone. Bad attitude...

Omri was incredible, so helpful and professional. Thank you Palm Construction and Omri!

Excellent customer service, quick response, and they do the job quickly and efficiently.

Prompt consultation appointment. Henri (sp?) was professional, knowledgeable about what needed to be investigated first to resolve water intrusion at my residence prior to starting a new project. Really appreciated the honesty.

We hired Palm construction for an exterior home paint. Jonathan and his team did an excellent job, they were professional and easy to work with. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend Palm construction!

Best contact or in town, we are family owned windows business, I’m in the business for many years, I’ve been working with several remodeling contractors and was always something, either quality or timing, I saw it all.

Last year met with Daniel and Omri with palm, they fix stucco and replace framing for several clients of us, we probably going to keep using them for good.
Always on time
Reasonable price
Good communication
Quality

I hired palm for our backyard renovation, Omri came by together with Daniel
They build up and nice set up for our back yard combined with some pool repair

Price was reasonable, schedule was matching our expectations
And the service was literally nothing less then perfect. They figure out for us anything i was originally worried about like supplies and stuff.

Job came out very nice we are satisfied and highly recommended this guys

I received 4 quotes for my kitchen remodel and the best quote came from Palm Construction so I hired them. David and his team did excellent job, they were great to work with and they were completely honest and did everything as we agreed. I love my new kitchen! Thank you Palm Construction!

Worst construction company I’ve dealt with. Had a back patio built and this company is just an acting middle man. Initially, the workers came out to do work and finished on a very short timeframe. Afterwards, the nightmare started. The workers were very unprofessional, they smoked on the job even knowing that my toddler was around and also killed my grass. Moreover, they only did a half you-know-what job cleaning after the work was done. I had to go around the area cleaning after them for old bolts and screws. During the next rainstorm, the patio started leaking, and it took a lot of effort to get support. They came out and “fixed” the leak with adding another layer of sealant. Obviously, this is not a fix and shortly with the next rainstorm, the leak came back. Took another round of phone calls to get them to come out and after 3rd report of leaking, they decided to add a flashing to the patio roof. Couldn’t they have thought of this sooner?!? However, after this “fix”, the patio roof is still leaking… What broke the straw to have me leave this review is when I reported an issue with the patio door lock not working properly. Instead of sending someone out to replace this cheap accessory ($20 at most at any big box hardware store), the manager promised he’d send me the parts through Amazon. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t heard anything back nor have I gotten my replacement lock delivered yet. Wow, that’s $13,800 that’s down the drain. Thanks Palm Construction! Hope this review makes future clients double think before they hire you guys!

It was a true pleasure to work with Omri and his team from Palm Construction. They completely remodeled my kitchen and did amazing job and although I had a big expectations they exceed it. My new kitchen is brilliant, so beautiful and much more functional. I highly recommend Palm Construction!
