Constraction reviews in Plantation, Florida

I have reached out to this Company via text to project Manager only to get a text back with no response. I had two Bathrooms done one of the Bathrooms I can not use at this time due to shower clogging after every use. I have called and left messages in the main office and got no response the Project Manager has made up his mind to ignore the request to send out someone
To Jet out the lines. I did not have this problem or issues before demolition and reconstruction was performed. The install spoke no English at all so communications was little to non was told to point out what was not up to satisfaction which was totally useless trying to communicate
Using google translate. If I was considering a remodeling job I would think long and hard before hiring this company.

Palm Construction & Remodeling recently redid our second floor balcony deck and they did a truly great job. Ben and his team were a delight to work with - the job was done as promised, on time, and looks beautiful. We would highly recommend them and will use them whenever we have work of this kind.

Omri was my project manager, I gave him my budget and wish list and he delivered !!!!!! I coudn't be more happy and in love w my New Kitchen and Master Bathroom !!!!! I

I hired Palm Construction to build a deck and they did excellent job and also exceed my high expectations. My deck is perfect, exactly as I wanted and project went very smooth and there were no hidden costs. Special thanks to Jonathan, project manager, he was very helpful and completely honest!

Our experience with deck builders wasn't so good. This time we finally hired a reliable contractor. Our friend recommended us Pal Construction and it was a really great recommendation. They did excellent job, our deck is beautiful. The price was fair! Thank you Palm Construction!

I hired Palm Construction to do a complete remodel of my guest bathroom. The entire process was streamlined. First I met with Daniel, who has a fun personality and is great at giving ideas and a vision for the remodel based on the space and floor plan. Daniel was my main point of contact throughout the process and he constantly checks in to make sure you are satisfied at every step. Daniel creates the 3D model and sends to an interior decorator who I worked with to pick out the materials. She is super cool and a very lovely person. After all the materials were ordered and delivered to my house, Daniel had the crew come in and perform the demolition and installation of my new bathroom. The finished product looks amazing!!! Even after the job was complete, Daniel and the team at Palm Construction performed several walk throughs and quality checks to make sure the job was done to perfection.

Bottom line is, I'm going to use them again for other remodeling projects I have planned for my home. This company is what you want a remodeling company to be and they know how to cater to their customers.

They were quick, professional and great to work with. The project was finished on time, within budget and final outcome is excellent! Thank you Palm Construction on a new beautiful deck!

I recently hired Palm Construction for a paver project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, Ben, our project manager, demonstrated professionalism and expertise. His team was not only polite but also incredibly skilled at their craft. They maintained a clean workspace throughout the project, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily routine. The quality of their work speaks volumes about their dedication to excellence. Moreover, the pricing was fair and transparent, without any hidden costs. Palm Construction completed the project on time, as promised, exceeding our expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking honest, helpful, and top-notch paver services!

Due to significant root damage we transitioned from concrete to pavers. The outcome is a new stunning driveway. Omri was professional, understanding and responsive to any concerns we had. We are pleased with the outcome and will recommend Palm Construction to our neighbors.

I needed a new deck and as my friend recommended me Palm Construction I called them to see their offer. They gave me good, acceptable offer and I hired them. I recently decided to remodel my bathroom, me and my wife reviewed few companies

Omri and his crew was very professional and about right with my budget
The did an amazing job. On time and very efficient
Highly recommend, we are happy with the job

We had two bathrooms remodeled. Our project manager, Benjamin, was a pleasure to work with. The whole process was much easier than we thought for the scope of work. The crews were well organized and scheduled by Benjamin. The company is licensed and bonded, so we were able to allow them into our home, even when we were unable to be there. We were able to choose everything we wanted, and Benjamin was there to assist with ideas. The final product in both bathrooms is beautiful and perfect! The crews were polite and respectful of our property as they were doing very hard work. They cleaned up when they finished. Benjamin was even more particular about the finished product than we were. The communication throughout the project was on point, and we were always kept in the loop for everything that was going on. We highly recommend Palm Construction and Remodeling to anyone considering changing anything in their home.

thank you!

Hired based on Google review. This was the finished result. No quality control, got ripped off of our hard earned money. Sorry guys but you deserve this. Karma will happen. This company is the worst, every day I see something and we regret using them. Please do not fall victim to the pony show. They do not care.

We needed to do our driveway and we called Palm Construction and there come David the project manager ❤️, he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We signed up for the project the same day and he was very engaged throughout the project which finished on time with a beautiful finish. We loved our driveway so much we extended to the backyard. Well now we can relax and enjoy our retirement. Thank you David for job well done. Much love 💕

My family had been searching for a company to do a patio covering in our yard and after looking into multiple companies and getting estimates for what seemed were high prices for cheap jobs we felt like we weren’t ever going to get what we wanted. However, when we came across Palm construction and remodeling and spoke with the projects manager David, we finally felt like we had found what we were looking for. David and all of the workers were just amazing always on time and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be more happy with what they’ve done for us and we are excited to work with them on other projects. We went with the white aluminum insulated patio cover which came with spotlights and three fans.

I had a wonderful experience with JMC Contracting. John the owner, is a very trustworthy and reliable person. He was very transparent and knowledgeable about the issues I was facing with my home renovation, and how to go about resolving them - even if it meant him not necessarily getting the job.. I did end up going with him, and I was very glad in the end that I did. They are also very fairly priced compared to other contractors in the area.. 10/10 would recommend.

We love to work with you guys. Great Company.
