had an appointment booked, they called and had to cancel. Couldn't re book the same day, offered days that weren't convenient. Look elsewhere or have another lined up.

The Electrician that was sent looked around as I walked him through the office explaining the problem. He looked in the fuse box and looked at our electrical meter outside. He then asked if he could walk around the exterior of the building/house. He then advised me that it seemed complicated and he needed to have the company send out two other electricians to come look and see what the problem was and how it could be fixed before a quote could be provided for the job. The entire visit was just over 10 minutes. No one ever called or followed up. Three weeks later I received an invoice for $85.00 for service fee! When I called and explained the situation I was told that there was a service fee for the "hour" the electrician spent on site! I would never recommend this company!!

Called the company to have a fan installed in a bedroom. Told the person on the phone that i needed to know if it could be done that day because i Didn't want to have to book another appt. The person assured me it could be done that day. instead, they sent someone out to look at the room then told me i needed to make another appt. Such a waste of my Day!

Mr. Electric is ALWAYS there when I need them. From making a custom generator cable for my home to helping me undo a project gone wrong. Super professional, fair pricing and there when you need them. I won’t use anyone else!
